and I apologize for the multiple posts....I haven't taken the time to figure out how to multi quote in one post so you just get to see me for a bunch of posts all in a row since I didn't get here til the .... crack of dawn today!! :p

I'm not bovvered. But if you wanna do a multiquote all you have to do is click the little "+ button in the bottom right of all the posts you want to respond to, then when you click "Reply to thread" all of the posts you tagged will be quoted in the box.

Ok, I'm finally going to order some DIY stuff. So if I want an end result of 6mg. should I order 12 or 18mg. nic juice? And is the MBV 50/50 PG/VG juice what I need also in addition to the flavorings? No need to post the charts. I have the one I want. Just need clarification that I'm ordering the right nic juice and PG/VG. WL has nic juice in stock so I will be getting that there but the other from MBV. Thanks!!!

It seems like you usually get more bang for your buck with higher concentrations since the nic is the most expensive part of the mix (and the bottle will last you longer too), so I'd suggest getting the highest concentration you're comfortable handling and mixing with that. Just keep in mind that you'll also need PG and VG separately if you are trying to get a specific ratio as a result (though there's nothing wrong with diluting with 50/50 if you don't mind your ratio being a little off and not adjustable).

I'm thinking what would make it real easy would be to get 36mg nic (I think you were shooting for 6mg) and fill whatever size bottle your using 1/6th with the nic then add your flavoring then fill it up the rest of the way with PG/VG. I've never done DIY but I think that would work.

PS- I liked Kelli's previous avatar better. :)

Ok, so this is what confuses me. If I want 50/50, and the nic juice is 50/50, and the PG/VG mixture is 50/50, wouldn't I always get 50/50? According to the very simple chart I have, since I can't download the better one, it's not an issue....but then I'm no rocket surgeon!! :?:

WTHeck?!?!? o_O From a red headed Kelli to the Cathy cartoon? Jeez, how am I going to keep track of who says what??!?!?!

In other news, I have a PIF package setup and ready to go for tomorrow. A little menthol tobacco - which was preferred, a little Thug Juice, which should be appreciated =] and a little homemade DIY secret recipe to relax my buddy on an aggravating day XD She preferred the eGo over the Provari LOL Lucky me!!!! Cuz she wasn't getting a Provari :p

TBH I am a bit pissy that I have to keep adjusting the Provari :/ I cant take frequent vapes as I typically do because I keep changing the screen. Haven't figured out how to cut the SCREEN off yet... Regardless, I carry the eGo for work for those stealth vape opportunities :p

The flavorings are usually all PG, but I think you'd be close enough to 50/50 that you probably wouldn't notice much if any difference.

Roonie, if you use 10-15% flavoring you're probably going to end up with about a 60pg/40vg if you use 50/50 base. It's real easy just to get some pg and vg separate to make what you want. Let one of us know how flavor you want to use and we can put it in our program and give exact numbers. It's really not hard once you try it.

arggggggggggggg!!!!! I hate being confused!! So you're saying I should order PG and VG separately rather than the combo bottle that MBV offers?? And MBV flavor concentrates are all PG? Sheesh Louise. I just want to place my order tonight and forget about it already!!....roonies pulling hair out in frustration while pacing back and forth.....

Roonies - Let me know if you'd like a batch of 6.98mg 41.85/58.15

add 14% flavoring and Bob's your uncle. Shaken not stirred :)

I'm going for 14-15% flavoring, 6mg. 50/50. I'm going to get my ipad and see if I can find a juice app that helps. I don't want to bother anyone every time I want to make juice....gotta figure this out myself ultimately....for the Zombie apocolypse....and gubment/big tobacco interventions coming up. Stay tuned. I will holler for help if I can't figure this out. I am educated....I should be able to get this.....

This is nothing more than a suggestion so take it for what it' worth...

I currently buy 100mg/ml Nic and store it in my freezer, I then dilute enough down to 60mg/ml (100% PG) for my working 250ml bottle that I mix with. There are safety precautions that need to be taken seriously when dealing with Nic in high concentration, so please do a little reading ;)

I started DIYin' using 24mg/ml because I figured if I made a mistake (handling or mixing) worse case is I'd get a little headache, no biggie, however a mistake using 100mg/ml could be a different story. Not tryin' to scare you, just offerin' a reasonable suggestion, there a more than enough of us on this thread that are willing to answer questions :)

I buy my PG and VG separately, primarily for more control of my ratios as I do mix for others and need to take into account the delivery devices they are using and obviously the ratio they prefer if requested. That said a premixed ratio for you would probably work well...

The DIY sub forum has a large amount of very good information, I'm sure you've already took a peek ;)
