Oh I thought muted as in lack of flavor, I am a terrible reviewer so I'd never get a description right regarding Hawk Sauce, been vaping it for a couple weeks now and don't have the foggiest idea of how to describe it. Just happy the menthol isn't too pronounced or I wouldn't have liked it....

Sometimes it does seem like it lacks flavor, but I think I'm getting a taste that I don't recognize. It's just a bizarre juice. Impossible to really describe.

is strawberry moo juice supposed to smell like rotten cheese? omg how can anyone vape this.

Both of the moo juices need a long steep in my experience. They both start out tasting like curdled milk. The berry needs time to develop. A lot of people taste butter. Put it away and come back to it in a week or 2.

I had the same thing happen until I gave them a week and a half. Now they're good.

Just a quick shout out to Mowgli (and everyone else too) for the DIY advice given in this thread. That batch of MBV Vanilla Ice Cream I made at 20% was definitely way over flavored. Diluted it with PG down to about 12.5% flavoring (I think... backwards mixing math is hard, y'all) and ultrasonic'd the heck out of it over the last week, and now it's tasting pretty nice.

I also noticed some people talking about vanillas a bit back and so I thought I'd give a quick description of this one's flavor. It's a very sharp vanilla bean flavor with a hint of cream. It would probably benefit from a few drops of sweetener, since it's a bit sharp for something being described as "ice cream" but if you like Bryer's Vanilla Ice Cream, it has a very similar flavor profile (though not as sweet). I'm liking it! Maybe a bit bitter for some people's tastes, but a couple drops of sweetener might sort that.

The only other vanilla flavor I've tried from MBV is some French Vanilla (dated 5/14/13) I swapped out of the PIF box at a local meet, and for some reason I think it tastes more like coffee than vanilla. As always YMMV.

Agreed. Not as much with the blue moo, but I thought the moo juice should have been called "buttermilk" for the first couple of weeks. It's still quite buttery, but the strawberry came to life after a couple weeks.

What is your PG/VG ratio on that Vanilla Ice Cream? And that will be very useful information for people. I haven't tried that Vanilla yet, gonna have to wait until I get back to work or have a few extra bucks. I have the French Vanilla and the Madagascar Vanilla, I like both of them but the Madagascar had to steep for a month, but I did get extra shots in it at 50/50 18mg, I use it mostly for mixing the same with the French Vanilla as I have found I really like that with RY4 and 555, one of the wonderful people here gave me the RY4 and I had never tried it before from any place and found it to be good, but very dark and very strong but with a mix of the FV it's pretty good, make me wish I had more of the RY4.

I'm glad you posted this I think I might leave the moo juice alone for awhile when it gets here. Usually I want to try everything right away. I know from experience though that even if I don't like something right away doesn't mean I won't like in a couple weeks or a month.

PS- I'm really not wishing for Monday to get here, but dang I can't for all that vape mail. Oh and MBV gave me 2 day priority shipping for FREE! :)

Is the vanilla strong enough that if some cream was added it would make it more ice creamy without diluting the vanilla too much?

I loved moo juice right out of the mail and finished the entire 30 ml that first week... Im getting the 200ml bottle next so hopefully i can have some left to steep and see if it gets better than it was right out if the mail lol

Well never mind what I said before then I'm going to try some right away now for sure, even if it's just a few drops on a dripping atty. :)

By the way guys, I just built a dual coil on my IGO-W and tried to test fire it on my MVP but it won't fire... I don't think its making a connection to the mod but im not sure.. Any ideas?

Did you check that the center pin might have gotten pushed down? Some other device might have pushed it down into the connector.

Well, it was 12mg 50/50 when it was at 20% flavor, and I diluted flavor to 12.5% adding only PG, so assuming I didn't screw up the math somewhere it should be roughly 8mg 70/30 now. I should have diluted with 50/50 so only one variable would change, but I was being lazy.

Maybe, but I'd have no idea how much would be too much as my previous experiments with mixing flavors have surprised me by how much some flavors dominate others even what I thought were very small concentrations.

That is the best way to judge a juice before throwing it into a tank, IMO!

Anybody want to trade samples? My last sample was Green Tea and I just can't do it. It tastes like burnt leaves. I can't stand anything even resembling tobacco.

My last two samples were GREEN TEA (tastes like Green Tea to me... but I don't know how I like it as a vape) and HIBISCUS! I need to remember to ask for something the next time I order!

Reviews on MVB site by most say Moo Juice has a creamy starwberry taste and that Salicious Strawberry is same but with stronger starwberry taste. I do not taste any strawberry in the Moo Juice but my wife does. With Salicious Starwberry I do taste the SB but it is still weak. Both are creamy and I have tried to DIY the Moo Juice using different creams with mixed results. Using a bit of cheesecake seems to help and that may be the rotten cheese you are smelling.

FWIW I find Moo Juice, Blue Moo , Salicious Strawberry all inprove with a week or two of steeping. Blu Bacco is good fresh but also gets better with steeping.
