It's actually too sweet, and I can taste just a hint of things that *aren't* banana in it. I want to taste a little more of the non-banana flavors. Does that help?

It does help I would suggest adding a little Cinnamon Roll or Graham Cracker to the Bananas Foster if it's a little too sweet. Hopefully some of the other adventurous MBV mixers will add some thoughts to the list.
