So I am currently vaping a non-MBV juice,(heresy I know :sneaky:) Alt-Liquid Black Tea. Its a part of my quest for the ultimate Tea Juice. The juice is good in its own right, just not sweet enough for me. So I added MBV Sweetener. Yum. Then I added MVB Menthol. I find a few drops of menthol makes most flavors pop. I realize I do this to a lot of juices.

So that means when I am not vaping MBV, I am still vaping MBV. I think I might have a problem.

My name is Jason and I'm an MBV-aholic.

I have been spending some time on a Juice Review site. I know this is off topic, but I like how y'all think on this thread and I value your input.

Electronic Cigarette Juice / E-Liquid Reviews

I like the setup, but it seems like it must have just started as there are not too many reviews. Does anyone have another site that is similar in construction and function?

Oh..I didn't know that. I'm a newbie and this is my first order.

Only been vaping some turkish 18my nic pg80/vg20 since my first day (July 13th ) ( Not bad and taste like cigs ) that I grabbed in a store to try out my new Vamo V2. So it's only 9 days without a stinkie cig for me.

Good to know ,so on my next order I will leave a comment in the box.

Thanks !

PS: I didn't get any freebies :(

Welcome to the thread Gerick.. and congrats on putting down the smokes in favor of tasty vapors instead.
I think you'll find we're a nutty and sociable bunch. There is another MVB thread that the owner responds to questions in, ECF rules.. he can't reply in this one.
Re samples.. most orders over 15 bucks get a sample thrown in.. sometimes they forget... it happens. That comment box is awesome for that stuff too. I don't use PG so in that box, I always request that if they grace me with a sample that it be max VG.
WAY back in the thread.. someone requested that whomever was filling the order, *draw a llama* AND THEY DID! he posted a pic of it.

If you're finding that you're all about the tobacco flavors.. it's helpful to know that MVB tobaccos need a good long steep to come into their own. Hubby is a tobacco guy and I have some bottles for him to test that he doesn't even know about yet because they're only half way into their steep time.

this morning i took my T3 apart, filled it with juice, then forgot to screw the coil base back on. i sucked and got a big mouthful of juice. let me tell ya, it doesn't taste nearly as good when you drink it as when you vape it. :p
what a dork i am.

aww.. redheaded dorks unite! BTDT
though.. the no nic whipped cream isn't half bad before it hits a coil.

I'm always looking at Coconut Cream Pie too. I want to try it but the reviews have stopped me. Anyone??....ooops....I see it's been answered. Hey, congrats on having a year in!! :toast::banana::rickroll::thumb:

Yeah the reviews were making me hesitate, but i think i'll give it a shot. If i let bad reviews stop me all the time, i would have missed out on a lot of cool movies.

Thanks! :toast: One year off the smokes & i couldn't imagine ever going back to them. Now I just wish every other smoker would hurry up & discover how awesome vaping is already! :vapor:

Hey, my fellow MBV groupies! Let myself run out of Sticky Bun, which is one of the only juices I like anymore since this stupid sinus thing has taken hold. I feel like I'm over it, but my palate seems to have permanently (or perhaps semi-permanently) changed. :( The Hawk Sauce that I couldn't get enough of is not doing it for me anymore. I can still vape it, but I've fallen out of love. Hopefully this is temporary! Thug Juice, on the other hand....I can't do it at all now. It seems I've become super sensitive to mint and just can't handle it anymore.

At any rate, I just put in an order for Butterscotch, since so many of you have raved about it, and Afternoon Delight. It was a bit of a gamble, since I'm working with limited funds and I didn't reorder the Sticky Bun that I know for certain that I love.

So yeah, on that note....and like I said, working with limited funds....I was planning to put in an order with AiV Tuesday night, Keeping in mind all that I just said, can someone give me a bit of direction? I am waffling between A Quiet Morning, Afternoon Tea, Zombie Apocalypse, Twas Brilling, and Lemon Loves Cake.

(I am still a complete MBV devotee, I just wanted to ask those who are familiar with the juices that I know and like.)

Also, because AiV wait time is close to a month between ordering and delivery, I'd like to order a 30ml bottle of one of them, instead of the sampler pack. a 3ml sample is about two tanks, and if I find Nirvana in one of those little bottles, I don't want to have to wait another month to get the full bottle.

SO....based on my current tastes, which one of the above do you think would be most to my liking? :)

Thanks in advance for wading through my ramblings and offering advice!

Edited to add: Johnny Chimpo is still aces in my book, and so is Almond Delight. My Hazelnut Coffee has taken on an aftertaste that I can't deal with for now. I don't know what's going on with my tastebuds! *cries* Anyway, just wanted to give more examples of things I do still like....

Has anyone tried using their flavorings to DIY? Prices seem good, how does it compare to tfa for instance?
I've used the DIY flavorings, and I like them very much. There are some others on this thread who use them as well who will chime in. I start MBV DIY mixes at 10% and adjust up or down for each flavor. I personally didn't care for the TFA/TPA flavorings...I always got perfume or soap from them. YMMV.

OK My order arrived yesterday and tried just a few today so no steeping . I just shook them up and then opened them
up to air them out after the shaking and repeated it several times..about 4 times.

Everything that is ready made (not flavors) is 12 mg/ml (Mild), Blend: PG 50% VG 50%

OK, So this morning I put on my Smoking Jacket and did some taste test..here you go....

Butterscotch : Not bad at all but a little on the sweet side for me..not much but just a tad for me. I'm not big on really sweet stuff. Will buy again but will add some unflavored Nic to cut down on some sweetness.

Put it this way..I like sweet stuff on a scale from 1-10 (10 being the highest) at around 5 and I would say this is around a 7 maybe 8 .

Cinnamon Bun : Exact same review as the Butterscotch and also will buy again.

Root Beer : Pretty good if you like root beer and I do. Tad too sweet for me ..I say it's also a 7/8 on sweetness scale so I will cut it to a 5 with unflavored Nic. Could use a little more of the Rootie flavor.... will buy again.

555 : Still up in the air about this one. I wanted straight up Tobacco but this for sure has some kind of mapel syrup taste to it and it's also sweet, on a sweet scale of 8 . Not sure I will buy it again. I will cut it with the unflavored Nic when I get a chance to see how it works out before making my final decision.

Black Licorice : This is fantastic ! Taste just like Licorice and has a nice after taste that Licorice is known for. If you love licorice then this is for you. Just right and not over powering . Will buy again for sure ! Goes great with a cup of coffee !

Will review these again after they steep some at a later date.Have many other's to review ,but don't want to overwhelm my palate which will defeat the purpose.

Great review. Since I love 'sweet', I will add 555 to my next order.

Seriously, I understand your reasoning, but I would highly recommend against going with a 30mL size right off the bat. I can't tell you how many juices I *should* have liked but just didn't. I know waiting is hard, especially when you've found something you love, but I'd hate for you to order a big bottle of something and have you not like it.
