I just need something that has safety features built in....don't need a battery blowing up in my face....I'm educating myself, slowly and surely. Don't want to take any unnecessary chances though. That's just me....cautious when it's warranted.
I've gone from a gas station Enjoy to a Volt cig-a-like to an ego to a Vamo in 2 months....where will this road lead me? :?:

Blu disposable to blu rechargeable to eGo Twist to Vamo in like six weeks lol. I really need a little more backup. My Vamo has of course been my go-to, but I carry at least one eGo Twist with me at all times. Thinking about a Lavatube or MVP next. Going on a six day vacation next month and in a panic about both backups and how I'll bring my juice. I must bring it all, will be seeing a lot of friends I only see a few times a year and I'm going to let as many as are interested sample what they want, hoping to be able to convert a few.

One dear friend is a "social smoker" and buys a pack or two on vacation and that's about it. I think he'll be a perfect contender, I've already told him to be prepared to vape with me!

Using a protected battery is a great way to make sure you are safe. You can also buy a fuse that goes into the bottom of mech mods if you are overly paranoid.

um.. you might want to rethink the clearo there Belsen - sassafras is on that tank cracker list - or just keep a really close eye on it when you fill up... unless it's one of those nifty pyrex or whatever clearos :)

I haven't tried all of them but do have some of them

Candy Cane is the peppermint in the bunch.. one of my ADVs - I used to add sweetener to it but either I'm adjusted to less sweet or I'm just lazy .. toss up

spearmint - way less sweet, Not really my bag, but I don't like plain spearmint gum either.

twin mint (think this one used to be called double mint, right?) the gum.. seriously.. spot on double mint gum.

Extreme ice - big powerful, in your face minty menthol - not terribly sweet either but for this one, it's
AOK with me - this one is James' ADV if I recall correctly.

I don't have white out...
gang.. is this the one that's the white tic tac flavor? or is there a white ice?

one of them has been mentioned to have a light tough of anise and since I don't do anything that remotely resembles black licorice.. I passed that one by.

White Out...Spot on white tic-tac. Mild licorice, vanilla, and cool mint..not menthol  One of my Favorites! Opal...this one would not be for you since you don't care for the anise....not strong...but still there. While I'm at it...I gave the juices I listed earlier today a little TLC (no sucking was involved) with some nice hot water while they lounged in the UC for about 2 hours. I've only tried the Absinthe and Strawberry Shortcake.

Absinthe- OMG!! SHUT THE FRONT DOOR! I LOVE Absinthe...and really..THIS IS IT!:w00t: To my taste (using a mini-pro with a 2.2ohm and a Vision spinner at 3.8) I get the anise, but I'm also getting the Herbal Notes that a good Absinthe has, and on the exhale...a nice touch of SWEET! That's right.... the sugar cube is there! It also has a tounge numbing effect...just like Absinthe..and a good but not too strong TH. Nice...sooo nice..taste is subjective and YMMV.

Strawberry Shortcake Same vaping set-up as above. On the initial hit..I get a mild, buttery, bakery taste with a very nice sweet strawberry on the exhale. This is going to be a VERY good vape, and I think after a steep..the Strawberry will come out a little more. However...even if it didn't..I still like it a lot and would order it again.:)

I haven't tried the others yet. I'm looking forward to the Butter Pecan and the Caramel Candy...if they taste ANYTHING like they smell...I can see BIG bottles in the future....:toast:

LOVE both of those guys...they're my go to guys for video reviews!! I've always wondered what their names are on ECF though. I have no idea.

I agree, and good decision. I've been watching tons of videos on YouTube and sometimes I feel like they make things come across as too scary or involved to try! But I've definitely learned soo much from them! Pbusardo and Grimm Green have amazing reviews and tutorials.

If you want to stay out of the poorhouse you will need to grab a mech or two, some genny clones wick and coil, then this actually becomes a cost savings. Heck you don't really need a mech either but they are much less expensive that vv/vw.

I have spent a TON of cash in the last 2 months trying everything i thought was nifty BUT now I do my own coils, make most of my own juice, and the cost has dropped drastically. it now costs me, including about 6 mil of juice a day, roughly $0.50 a day to vape, unless I throw a MBV specialty into the mix that they don't sell the flavor for then the cost may go up to 0.75.

Either way its a whole hell of a lot cheaper than a 6 buck a day habit.

Between MBV,Ebay (Wire), and the health cabin co-op (wick), a little research, and a love of tinkering this has evolved so much in just over 2 months but it is really the only hobby I have ever had that actually costs less over time.

I believe pbusardo is pbusardo lol. Grimm Green I assume is also the same, he uses that name everywhere (Twitter, Instagram, etc)

I also simply adore jeneefowler, aka Vape Girl. Her reviews are hardly technical like the guys, but she's a nut and I love her. Chatted with her a bit on Facebook after I found out she too is a VW enthusiast.

I'm really surprised at all of you who are liking your juices right out of the mail. Out of about 50 flavors, I've only found a few that I liked without at least a week steep. Most are best for me after 2 to 3 weeks steeping. I just tried vanilla custard after having it for about a week and it tastes like nothing. Back into the cupboard it goes. I really want to love that one!!

pbusardo Is Phil Busardo and
Grimm is Nick I think his last name is Green but I may be wrong.

He is actually a bassist in a metal band in NV not my cup of tea but hey to each their own.

Oh and if James likes this post I get free juice for life.

I started with the Halo G6 kit, then 2 vision spinners which I've been rotating for almost 4 months now. When I went to KC I let my BFF use the Halo kit and she loved it. After I left there she wrote and said she had stopped smoking and was using the Blu's. She's still smoke free after about 3 weeks or so now. I feel really good about that. Whatever works, huh?! I feel my 1300 Mah spinners' battery life gradually decreasing now so it's beyond time for me to upgrade. C'mon check....get here!! Mama needs a new mod!!

Shhhhh...my wife is already shaking her head in dread at yet another "hobby" of mine...as if the guitars and amps aren't enough

Oh, you mean stratman isn't just a handle? You actually play those .. those... those.. things?
I hate to admit that I have an SSO, but it's a Japanese SHS at least... gimmme my LP or give me death!

(G.A.S. just don't apply to musical instruments it appears) :)

But if it's any consolation to an F-man, I love my G-DEC ... :)
