ok i hate to whine....but a bad day just got worse. i have now dropped my brand new (2 days old) ibtanked glass tank on the floor and it broke. i could cry. :(

Sorry you're having a crappy day...and sorry for your loss.....I lost a lowly EVOD about 2 weeks ago and I'm still depressed...:( Hey...it's gotta get better right? :)

They posted on their FB that their flavor supplier couldn't keep up and they are switching suppliers.

You mean they are going to be utilizing an additional supplier right?

Flavor West took a couple of weeks off for expansion on short notice.
MBV was caught off guard and they are getting caught up now.
They are going to be using an additional supplier so it can't happen again.

I am nervous about them changing suppliers as I have found a few flavors I love and wanted to order large qtys to hoard for Vapegeddon. I wonder if I will have to sample all over again? Ugh.

See above. additional, not replacement if I understand correctly.

I have seen several of you talking about your monthly vape budget. I was wondering how much you allot yourself in a month and what % do you spend at MBV?

For two of us, I put about $100 - $125 on a pre-paid Mastercard once a month. Not counting the occasional Fasttech splurge (usually no more than $30 every now and then), this is what we vape on for the month - hardware and juice. Most of the time, MBV gets about 50% - 75% of that (depending on what we want or need for clearos and other hardware).

Except when I fail to keep to the budget. But that's the goal, seeing that we spent about that on cheap nasty filtered cigars a month before we switched.

We did go a little nuts at first, and honestly? We could skip ordering juice for 2 months, give or take, and not run out of stuff to vape. We'd just run out of our favorites.

don't say what? about the steeping?....you can probably speed steep it, but it will need it....just the way it is. I'm having issues with an order now too. It should have been here by today and tracking shows it's in Wa. state still so something is either wrong or delayed. Hate it when that happens. Wrote to MBV but haven't heard back yet. If tracking doesn't show it on its way tomorrow I'll have to call them. Mine will be at least partially steeped by the time it gets here at this rate!!....and I'm down to about 4ml. of Blu-Moo!! :mad:


don't say that!!! with my faith in the postal service, it may not get here until next week lol

I know of these checks that you speak of, but some o' them yunguns might not. I personally find it difficult to tell when the checks run out since I use plastic and it never seems to run out.

Sorry about your day too Kelli....and I second the polypro tanks. they're awesome and come in lots of different colors. I got mine at High Desert Vapes, but several places carry them. Hope your night is better girl!

Maybe look into the polypropylene tanks for your out-and-about and save the glass for home? I don't take my glass tanks out of the house much--unless I'm just traveling from one house to another, in which case they travel inside a padded case--for exactly that reason as too often I'll drop them while multitasking.

Between my ATM/Debit card and online payments, I have checks left from my last 4 addresses. I wont be running out for a while, even if the address get's scratched over and re-written.
It seems like I only get new checks when I moved, and I last moved 5 years ago.

They said that there would be NO change to the taste of the juices and IF there was they would make it known.

They had a hiccup but James knows about it and he seems to be very interested in fixing any issues.

I have 30 guys working for me and I know that when you delegate things on down somethings can get lost a good leader is engaged and can correct any issues. It appears that James has reengaged and things will be back to normal.

Sometimes there is such a thing as trusting your people to much, that may be what happened, I don't know it looks like they are back on track.

I learned that the hard way, now when one of my guys says "What you don't trust me" I give him a grin and he says "yea yea yea trust but verify...Reagan was a fascist" (Just to get me fired up)

According to their MBV thread...not this one....the one on which James can comment....they are changing suppliers. I took that to mean they will no longer be using Flavor West....I may be wrong.

Quick update on the status of out of stock flavors:
We placed an order for flavor bases several weeks ago. As it stands, our order demand has outgrown our flavor base supplier's capability to keep up. We're beginning the process of ordering from new flavor base vendors who will be able to supply the same flavor bases in larger quantities. We should have all of our flavorings resupplied by the end of the month. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate your patience during this time of growth.
