I ordered earlier today. I got 236ml butterscotch (as always) , 50ml Jamaican rum (for the hubby) and 30ml dulce de leche and asked for vanilla custard as my sample

I'm waiting for vanilla custard to come around...after 2 months it's still more ether than vanilla
I got some roast chicken in the other day, along with my roast beef, and tomato soup...
Haven't worked my self up to trying them yet.. but they smell good.
Guys I would like your opinion, this will be the first time that i order from MT Baker. I'm planning to order the butterscotch, cotton candy and the caramel candy. I know that taste is subjective but, what would you recommend ?, one or two xtra shots?I would really like to taste the butterscotch, candy and caramel. Have them on my wish list awaiting your opinions to pull the trigger on them.

I do the SOUR/TART juices and I go FIVE SHOTS EVERY TIME LOL I like it STRONG, I PIF away all of the subtle juices. Seems like the flavors that you've mentioned need to be subtle =] And Cotton Candy is just a sweetener to me :/ Not sure I can even TASTE a flavor, other than sweet

I like strong flavor. I have always ordered at 18mg 80/20 +1
Next time I'm going to try 18mg 65/35 +2
PG carries flavor. More VG needs more flavor
But too much flavor mutes the flavor. What? too much mutes it.
Someone didn't like his MBV, he offered it free for the price of shipping.
I took it. It was all 80/20 +3 or +4 - No wonder he didn't like it.
It was so strong I couldn't even taste the flavor.
It was like unflavored bottled throat hit.
I had some MBV Butterscotch +1 18mg 80/20 that I rebought in the big bottle. It's perfect.

The extra shots are also going to depend on your PG/VG ratio. With 65/35, one or two will be good. More VG, more shots. Butterscotch I'd go one with 65/35, Cotton Candy at least two in 65/35. Haven't tried Caramel Candy, but I'd assume one, similar to Butterscotch.

Most DIY-ers use cotton candy as a sweetener, so you may not get a lot of flavor. Butterscotch - my last purchase was 2 shots - that's as high as I'd go. It took some steeping to get it to mellow out. I have Caramel Candy from a trade, but I have yet to try it, so not sure about the shots on that one.
Then up a shot. Higher VG, more shots. In my opinion, of course.
