Hi - I'm back and sort of caught up. Guess what - I got almost all of my stuff BACK! They towed away an abandoned car from my house yesterday that they assumed was what the perps were using to steal my stuff. They got a warrant, opened the trunk and there it all was (minus the jewelry.) So my laptop is back along with ALL my wonderful vapestuff - evics, mvp, juice galore and yes, all my DIY stuff (there was a lot.) It was two teenagers that got caught in the act, so maybe they knew what vaping was. They had put ALL of my bottles and stuff into two bags, so now it's back.

Sorry I posted and left everyone hanging - I did have a tablet, but it's a pain to navigate and post on. I had taken the day off from work to take care of insurance and stuff, but ironically ECF and all things vaping are blocked at work anyway.

The most amazing thing that has come out of this experience though, is to see what a fabulous community this is. I can't believe the outpouring of wishes and offers of PIF. And you know what? I would have done the same thing. I do believe in karma.

WOW, if that wasn't a stoke of luck I don't know what would be, sorry about the loss of the jewelry, but the fact that you were able to recover anything and in such an ironic manner is fantastic! Hopefully you'll be able recover the loss of the jewelry via the insurance, but I'm still amazed that all that stuff was in the alleged get away vehicle, hopefully those 2 loser will learn from this as it's a clear indication they chose the wrong path to go down.

Long story short, they know who did it - they were seen running from the scene. They are being followed closely but the police haven't been able to pin anything on them yet. The getaway car belonged to a businessman who lives in the area and is being watched carefully for shady dealings. Maybe this will be the thing that gets him busted. But dangit, they can't have my vapestuff - little .......s is right, lol!

now if the Ms Teacher could find out how her house was broken into, then find a way to secure it better! and your valuables, better than that! (erm, and your vape stuff, even better than that! )

maybe you should talk to those kids. tell them if they help the police nab the adult, then you'll teach them enough about vaping so they can start a business when they turn 18. (rather have them doing something constructive)
