the whole point of using wattage, at least for n00b like me, is that you avoid burning coils. just start at 3 w and move up. my v3s only start at 6, so 6.5 is usually where i'm at, but my coils are lasting a lot longer. no burning issues until i go over 8w.
mvp v2 also has an ohm meter. if you stick to voltage, at least check your attys to see where you can go.
just a thought...or 2...
my zmax does the work for me. i dont have to worry about my coils ohms, it'll adjust it. i assume that's what all vw will do?
Then I guess I'll only be using it in only one of the evods I have. I just spent the money in the budget on MBV, which isn't a lot, but next purchase I'll be making is probably a protank mini, for the tank crackers I want to try, like sassafras.

Well...I'm back! Went MIA for a couple days, even missed the great MVP coupon code!
Went on a little shopping spree with my youngest daughter (using 40% off coupon at Hobby Lobby)
Bought lots of fabulous bling and accessories for ecigs n the house.
On the way home, found out eldest daughter, pregnant niece, granddaughter and 2 of niece's children were all in car
wreck. Rolled the SUV at least 5 times.....
All are good. Niece broke her pelvic bone and shoulder. May require surgery on both.
But other than that it was all just bumps n bruises. They're all pretty beat up, but I am thankful that it's not
a whole lot worse.
When I got home the Bolt that I got from classie's was in the mailbox.
I LOVE IT.

But. When I'm at lower wattage like 6-7, I get no vapor. I'm at 7.5 now with a 2.6 ohm head. It's doing okay, but if I put it on a Spinner around 3.8v, way more flavor and vapor.
Dunno. I'll keep playing. Just don't get it.

huh, maybe a connection issue? i use high pg (80%) get lots of vapor @ 6.5. new device, maybe your connector is pushed up a bit from your spinner.
had a similar issue when i bought a bunch of mini davides. turned out that i was tightening them a tad too much, it was blocking the airholes (but, don't ask how many times i tried raising the battery post before i figured that out!

woweee. so my SiD is only like an inch taller than my zmax with my protanks on them, but it seems so much bigger. i'm running it at 5 watts and, to me at least, its awesome. i run my zmax at 6 watts. i kinda feel like both of them look stupid with anything other than a full sized protank on them. lol

The thing you need to remember with VV and VW devices are such as SVD, VAMO's, Zmax, not sure about the MVP, but they are regulated output whereas eGo and Spinners are unregulated, meaning that the output stay at the same level until the battery is drained to a specific point then the device shuts down to prevent further drainage, not true with eGo and spinners,, they will continue to output and each time it is at a lower level as the battery drains. Now, whether or not this is what is causing your issue, it may or may not be, when it was working my V-Life Max I had set to 8 Watts as that was the sweet spot for me, but now I only have my eGo's to use, granted they are only the eGo-T's are are not at VV but most of the juices now just are ok, at the start most are ok but as the battery drains it's like just fighting to get flavor. Even though it was a bit of a pain and I only had it for a short while I miss the output of the V-life Max, similar to Zmax and SID's but think it's a much cheaper made product, that is why I was planning on getting an SVD either a MPV or Itaste VV for out and about, but that is going to have to wait a while when I get back to work.

i bought two new batteries for my sid. ONE came today. I guess that's better than None, but I'm like hi, I need two, I ordered two. WAH!
Was that from the same vendor? Now that would irk me to no end, if I had 1/2 of something I ordered and need the other 1/2 to make the device work.... I'd be chomping at the bit!
