I know how much they cost. I want to know if they actually solved the gurgling issue.
I'd like to hear from real people about how they work in real life....
opposed to how reviews say they work while they're trying to sell them :)

been vaping MBV cake (yellow) for about 24 hours :p

actually, i was trying to point out that they are plastic. initial kanger ads said they were top feeding protanks. these are plastic, not glass. they may be top filling, but xtanks, not protanks. even initial kanger ads said they were glass, but they aren't.
the plastic is also threaded, which causes me concern.

there are a couple of threads about these. i believe one said there was no gurgling issue with these.

I worked on them in the 80's. sorry. Not equipped for laser production in my garage :(

Check FT for a nice pointer :)

Maybe you could mod one of these

VelaShapeII.png

they currently use them for Cellulite Treatment & Body Contouring but....

it'll make you bodyless and black/white and female

 The FT pointers are not up to the task  But I'll keep that other device under consideration  I've never been black/white or female before  it would definitely be a change of pace

Sorry I was snappy. I had just gotten in from cutting the lawn and grrrrrrr.....

I'm still looking for hands-on reviews. I saw some threads but they were old. I'll look some more.

they might be the same threads.

i remember reading them and then forgot about them. then, a few days ago i saw ads and pictures and i was all...

then, i remembered that glass in ad wasn't necessarily glass in product. so i did some checking...polycarbonate. :sneaky:

i got the deja vu after i started checking threads here. so protank price for plastic seems a no go for me.

I'm especially looking forward to the blackberry as I can remember picking them as a kid and how good they were. Most of them ended up in our bellies and not in the pail to be brought back to mom for jam.

I have very similar memories of blueberry picking as a kid. Blueberry anything kind of depresses me these days, though, because nothing ever matches or exceeds fresh picked Michigan blueberries... so I ordered MBV blackberry, too. It still needs a little more steep time, but I'm already pleased with it... it has just the right edge of tartness and plenty of good flavor. Hope you enjoy it too, and hope the disability comes through for you soon... we've done that wait, and it's a stressful one - as if you don't have enough stress when you've had a medical crisis that puts you out of work!

Thanks for the good wishes. Fortunately I'm in good health (except for a couple of arthritic knees) and still working. But going from two incomes down to one is stressful. Hopefully this disability pay will come through as they say. Earlier this week they were saying it could take 6 to 8 weeks for approval then suddenly they called to tell me that the insurance company had all the info from the man's doctors that they needed and it would take 5 to 7 days to process. I think I might have been making too much of a pest of myself with the doctors, HR at the man's job and the insurance company. ;)

The way the disability pay system works, there's no such thing as too much of a pest! "The squeaky wheel gets the grease" was never a more apt expression than in situations like that. :) I was born with cerebral palsy, which necessitates a whole lot of arguing with insurance companies, durable medical equipment companies, doctors, various companies I've worked for, etc etc. Some of my earliest memories are playing under the kitchen table while mom was arguing with the insurance companies. I was about 11 when she passed that dubious honor on to me (with her nearby for moral support) because "the sooner you learn to do this, the better, because you'll have to do this off and on for the rest of your life" (she was very, very right)... and the biggest thing I learned was when you're sick to death of bothering them and would rather do *anything* but call and have the same tired conversation.... that's the *most* important time to keep calling, while maintaining an impeccably polite demeanor. Eventually they get sick of hearing your voice and do the right thing just to get rid of you. So you're over the biggest hurdle. Fingers crossed that it comes through sooner rather than later!

I gave in to temptation and cracked open my Cafe Coffee tonight. I think it'll be better by next week, but I couldn't resist sampling it. It's already very nice at around a week of steeping. Seems like I did pretty well guessing what I might like for a first order of MBV... everything's been good so far.

Yeah, I've already been doing battle with the doctors, pharmacy, medical insurance and drug insurance companies. They have the man going to all sorts of specialists. In addition to the cardiologist and neurologist they want him to see a nephrologist and an endocrinologist. Thank God he has pretty decent insurance.

As far as MBV goes, I have 10 different flavors and I've been pleased with all of them. So far my favorite flavor has been caramel apple, but folks rave about butterscotch and cinnamon roll, so that might be superceded.

Just orderd from MBV for the 2nd time! Still trying to find my favorites. Quick reviews of what I've tried so far, all 50/50 1 flavor shot 18mg:

Vanilla Tobacco - awful right out of the mail, steeped for 2 weeks, better, but still not good. It now tastes like the smoke when you first light a match to me. I do NOT like it (actually not liking tobacco based flavors at all). I can't discern vanilla in it at all.

Orange dreamscicle- Almost flavorless out of the mail. Had a REALLY harsh throat hit. After 2 weeks steeping, flavor has come in a bit, but the orange is overpowering and the throat hit is even more harsh. Might be ok as a mixer but I doubt I'll ever order it again.

Moo Juice - again, very little flavor at first. After 2 weeks it's good but not amazing. I wish the cream taste was a little more pronounced. I was expecting more based on the reviews. I'll still probably order this again.

Hazelnut - A little perfume taste right out of the box. After 2 weeks it's a light flavor, not too sweet, which is nice. Not an ADV for me, but great with a bowl of vanilla ice cream or my morning coffee. I already ordered more.

Hawk Sauce (requested as my sample) - Completely flavorless out of the mail. After 2 weeks, I really like it, BUT, I only it if I add about 1 part in 10 of Extreme Ice to it, otherwise I think it has a soapy aftertaste to it. Floral, fruity taste, with a hint of mint, tough to describe. I'll order more of this. It works great as a palate cleanser.

Boysenberry (for some reason they sent me 2 samples and this one was 30ml...) - Tastes like poison(poisonberry!) to me or battery acid maybe. It was awful out of the mail and has gotten no better with steeping. VERY sour/acidic. Only way I've been able to vape it is by mixing it 50/50 with extreme ice. Will probably PIF the last 25ml or so I have left.

For my new order I'm trying:

Cinnamon Bun - I have high hopes for this.
Blue moo - sounds interesting, good reviews. Hoping for more flavor than moo juice, plus I love blueberry.
Butterscotch - I blame this thread. Can't wait to try it.
Sweet cream - bought as a mixer
Dutch apple pie - my 2nd favorite pie, but I have yet to find a strawberry rhubarb pie flavor...
Bananas gone nuts - The best juice I have found so far is a banana nut bread from another vendor, but they are REALLY expensive. I hope this one is close.
Green apple - hoping it's more candy and less apple juice
Requested Thug Juice or Pineapple Peach as my sample.

Weird about the moo juice. Mine smelled super strong (of butter) for the first week, then over the course of a month mellows out into a stronger strawberry quik taste. That's with one shot as well too.
