MBV Make-your-own: 3 Strawberry, 2 Yellow Cake, 1 Whipped Cream.

I did my first make your own yesterday, Toasted Almond and Toasted Marshmallow. 50/50 flavor-wise and went with 20P/80V. So yummy, hope they got it in the ballpark, maybe my favorite mix. Also got some more Sticky Bun, Hazelnut, Butterscotch, Whipped Cream, no-nic VG for mixin' ... and other stuff. Put in the 10% off code and it made me ineligible for free shipping, so added some Dutch Apple Pie flavoring for DIY and ended up paying less overall. Thanks MBV!

Try wrapping more coils for a higher resistance (cooler vape, less burning that way)

but they taste weeeirrrrrrddddd /whine. lol
i traded some juice for some coils made with cotton, so i'll give them a whirl. i'm pretty good at making the actual coils, and i have tiny hands, so i can probably do some higher resistances. maybe its the silica i have that makes it taste funky.

blackberry+whipped cream tastes soo good.

and i did try my diy moo juice concoction. not bad. i didn't want to use too much flavoring, so hopefully as it sits it'll come together a little more. not bad. i'm assuming, hopefully, that there's no sweetener in the moo juice flavoring, and it's nicely sweet. (i'd rather not add sweetener to my juices)

Some silicas can make your juice taste weird for sure...it will be interesting to see if the cotton helps

Definitely experiment. Once you get it down, you will be in bliss. You might try cotton, too. Cheap, easy to find, and excellent flavor. I was worried about torching it, but even after a few dry hits, I have not noticed any change in flavor. Anyway, good luck, Mia. I hope you find something that works.

from my understanding too, even if you burn the coil/it gets old and nasty, you just swap out the cotton wick, and don't have to bother wrapping another coil. use the coil until it pretty much dies/breaks.

Agreed. I use cotton exclusively now, and dry hits are buh-rutal.

I got blackberry in the order I received last week. I tried vaping on the weekend but it tasted like AquaNet. I'm letting it steep and I'll try again this weekend. I end up doing lots of vaping when I'm up at Daddy's on the weekend because he goes to sleep at 7 or 8 PM (still recovering from pneumonia).

YUCK. I've gotten two juices from mbv that have reeked of acetone, or aqua net Red apple, and cantaloupe. I let the red apple sit for 2 months, then trashed it. Cantaloupe will be 2 months old in a week, and still has the same nasty smell. that too will be going in the trash. can't really figure out why they smell like something i wouldn't' even put on my hair, let alone vape. My blackberry was good right out of the mail. It's not even an alcohol smell, but like you said, aquanet. Foul. Perfumey, i get, but wth is will an acetone smell.... >.<

Well that's got to be disappointing I do know Blackberry base flavoring varies greatly...

Is it worth emailing them?

I was making a Blackberry Brandy request and initially mixed it with TFA and it had a very heavy perfume taste, so it was a no-go. So I then purchased FA blackberry, mixed a second time and it ended up bein' pretty darn tasty

I'm a bit ashamed to admit this but, I am vaping some 5 pawns gambit. It is an apple pie a la mode. It is really good. Does anyone know if MBV makes something like this and if not where else can I get something similar that won't break the bank. Open to DIY as well.

Not right off hand unfortunately I like it as well but Grandmaster is my favorite of their line, yup, bank breaker

I don't get more xrays until Nov 17th.. soft cast until then.. though this one is removable for showers (yeah!) and PT starts next week.. though they're calling it occupational therapy.. what the heck is the difference between physical and occupational therapy? same place.. same exercises...
