I miss my DSLR and lenses. I had to sell them 4 years ago to help make things stretch when we first moved here. A week after selling it all I was hired by my current employer. Man, I was ambivalent for about a month after that. lol

Been there, a while back I lost my job and had to sell all my gear to get the bills paid until I found another one. It was a hard thing to do, those lenses were my babies

I tried to make a go of it professionally but there is such a glut of photographers in my area I couldn't really do it, now I just shoot for friends and the occasional wedding for friends of friends etc.

Holy crap Halloween is brutal. We had about 550 kids. No foolin. We live in a very tight community and by tight it think there is about 10 feet between the houses. And people bring their kids in by the buss load. It is a ton of work for a couple of hours. Glad it's over for another year.

That is crazy! We had bad weather here, took the niece out and saw maybe 5 other kids. Cool part about that is most of the doors she went to gave her tons of candy because they wanted to get rid of it.

Congrats Dusty! That is really great news!!

I want to thank all of you for your well wishes on my job search, I did get this job but I wasn't aware that it was a seasonal position as that was not stated in the job placement add, however there is a possibility that it came become a permanent position. But at least it gives me some breathing room for a few months. I start on Tuesday with orientation and will see how it goes from there. I'm just glad I have something.

What does pink champagne taste like? I'm not a champagne drinker at all but it sounds like this juice has more of a fruity taste. So many seem to love it. Can anyone enlighten me on what the draw is, and if a non champagne drinker would like it? thx.

Hmm. Its kind of like a sharp light strawberry. I like champagne so I can't say anything in regards to that aspect. It is sweet but kind of tart and sharp at the same time. And its good mixed with almost any fruit flavor. Give it a try!!

I hope not. Have been watching vanilla Butternut out of stock for a good month or so? A friend loves it, good news looks back in Stock today wonder why it was unavailable for so long

Hawk Sauce was out of stock for months this summer. Blue Moo, BluBacco ,Moo Juice and several others were out of stock for over a month. According to a few on-line comments MBV has grown from a one man with a vision operation to over 40 full time employees in a relatively short time and now their flavor concentrate supplier(s) are nt able to meeet their demand. I just hope that if / when they add new suppliers that us DIY folks do not have to start all over on our recepies and that MBV ejuice do not change for the worse.

Been usin' it as my at work mod for roughly a week now and yes it's heavy...

Picked up this little tool holster at Home Depot if I remember right, fits perfect and is sturdy enough to take some abuse
