so since its now freezing out in the morning when i get done work, i filled two evods to bring to work with me tonight. hopefully they won't be SO cold now and vapeable right away when i get in the car lol

If you have to leave them in the car while cold, try putting them in a insulated lunch bag. Might protect them from the cold some.

I reside in TX so you have to understand distance in my terms...

A couple hundred miles is nothin' when defining close or near ;)
Texas really put driving distance into perspective for me. The wife likes to shop when we are down there, from her dads place to the closest good mall is like a 2 hour drive, and this gets done on a regular basis on vacation  but it's normal I guess, for me at home I can drive from my place on the outskirts of the burbs to downtown Vancouver in about 45 mins.

I saw that you guys had a big national forest over near you...do you hike, camp, or hunt?

Finger Lakes National Forest. A little over an hour from me is all. The whole region is really nice. I have never enjoyed camping, hunting or fishing or anything like that, I get bored way too easily. I do like a nice hike though. I usually carry my DSLR camera with me and I don't get bored :)

Turn the dial to the lower left side...200Ω. Hold the leads together and note the reading (this is the resistance of your leads). Put the black lead on the positive leg of your coil, the red lead on the negative leg of your coil and note the reading. Subtract the resistance of your leads from the second reading to get the resistance of your coil. HTH :)

EDIT: There are also a few video tutorials on Youtube for using multimeters for vaping. It might be worth spending a little time watching a few of those (that's how I learned).

+1^^
But 1 tiny point, red is conventionally put on the positive side when measuring DC volts. It doesn't matter for resistance or AC volt measurements and with DVMs it really doesn't matter with DC volts either unless seeing a negative voltage bothers you. With the older analog meters it used to matter.

LOL...I don't know where Hornell is either. I Googled it, and I live in "NY." :D
My wife's parents live in upstate NY and when asked we always say between Binghamton and Syracuse. For NYers we just tell them near Colgate university.

And from my perspective Texas is huge. It takes 4.5 hours to get to El Paso, so by then I've driven through 1/2 of one state and a whole other one and then it takes another 16+ hours just to get to Austin. And I'm just a bit more than half way across the state!

Edit: hawk sauce is terrific in a pt II mini.

Putting in my second order ever to Mt Baker today. What do you guys think? Any other suggestions?

I'm staying away from anything caramel related after my experience with caramel candies FYI. The root beer float is amazing. I wanted to get more but they are sold out so I'm just going with regular root beer and hope it's as good.

All are 50/50 mix at 12 mg as I'm trying to step down my nicotine after my wife puked when we got our new gear 2 weekends ago.

Root Beer
America E Juice (want to try some sort of lemonade flavor)
Coffee

I'd really like a nice coffee flavor but there's so many. Is there another I should go with instead?

I've never done any DIY (haven't been vaping long enough to venture that far, to be honest!) but yes, you would save a lot of money. One bottle of the 236ml nic base will get you - as near as makes no difference - about nine 30 ml bottles at a cost of $3.33 US a piece. Flavorings are 2.99 for 15ml, so you'll get about four 30ml bottles worth out of each of those, if you use the ratio you suggested earlier. Assuming just one flavor per bottle of juice, your total cost per 30 ml would be about $4.05. That's per 30ml, not 15, and not including the cost of the bottle, extra flavoring, multiple flavors, etc.

After you dip your toes in, if you order nic base by the liter and pg/vg by the gallon, using mbv flavors, you can get your cost down to about 4 bucks per 50ml, good times :)

I just loaded Caramel Coffee that I received as a freebie. It's good but has a caramel-ey linger.

Caramel Apple is awesome at 70/30 +1 - I can vape a few evod tanks in a row without getting sick of it.
That's not a coil gunker.

Dunno much about coffee flavors but nobody here's a mocha fan. I'd say avoid mocha.

Freckled Lemonade is a really good strawberry lemonade, one of my favorites. I would avoid mudslide if you are looking at coffee flavors, its a dark juice and inst-gunks coils, but it tastes really good.
