ok so i said a while back that i don't really love the box mods so much cause i think they are kinda fugly. but....

i found an innokin MVP2 kit on ebay for about $40 with free shipping, so i snagged on it. i like the idea of being able to vape for several days without a charge. and who knows, i might just fall in love with the thing. will let ya know.

btw, i am absolutely loving this peanut butter/strawberry shortcake combo. View attachment 274435

i hope you enjoy the MVP2! someone posted this, if you ever think you want another:

Innokin iTaste MVP V2.0 - 101 Vape

and i found these, if you start thinking about new clearos:

Kelli-- tried your peanut butter/strawberry shortcake mix and it is super good. I went a little heavy on the peanut butter, but the strawberry undertones still add a great taste to the peanut butter. Will wait for the tank to go down a bit, than add some more strawberry. Great suggestion, thanks.--Bo :)

I am hoping they restock the IGO-W by then too, for exactly the same reason. Hopefully they're restocking *a lot* of their hardware before then, cause the pickings have been pretty slim lately, hardware wise. I'd love to put in a hefty order Friday *and* Monday, but Monday will only make sense for me if they get stocked up.

Do the -W HAVE to be used as dual coil ? Can you use with just one coil.
Like the idea of the posts with holes for sure.

keep in mind, that my only entertainment expense (not counting vaping) is my $45/month for my internet. my phone is VOIP and i don't have cable or an antenna. i used to just buy the stuff i want on dvd.

so, for $8/month, netflix ain't bad! i just finished season 2 of Hell on Wheels and i'm watching Leverage Season 5. i can't find a lot of stuff on my blu ray, but if i use the computer, WOW! there's a ton of stuff on there. i haven't checked out the kids stuff, most tv (though i have The Red Baron going on my laptop. i tried watching it w/o subtitles on my tv, and could understand hardly a word).

you can always try it for 1 month free. the only tv shows i'm missing are NCIS, Rizzoli and Isles and Justified.

vaping ddl, while i collect some info for DSHS. :vapor:

morning Seanchai,

what do you know about lithium ion batteries. i thought that i read somewhere that if you keep that charge between 3.7v and 4.1, that they will last a really long time. i stopped letting my v3s go in the red, but i know that they charge to 4.2v. if you drain them too much, you shorten their life span considerably.

any thoughts on that subject?

thanks!

I read in the Vamo battery thread to recharge at 3.5 to extend it's life.
Vamos shut off at 3.2-3.3 but that beats on the batteries.
I have enough 650s, 490s & 350s to recharge at 3.5 or 3.6 and usually do.
They're all AW IMR from RTD or ProVape (not cheap but real AW)

I spent $300/month on cancersticks.
When I quit smoking I spent the money I didn't give the merchants of death on vape gear instead.
I got a little in the red (at first) but had no excuse not to spend the money that would be killing me to save me.
My smoking money paid for backups for my backups' backups.
I don't waste money but I have no excuse for pennypinching either.

morning allayas

gonna have to be out most of the afternoon.. taking along my newly minted buttermint concoction - cafe coffee and.or caramel coffee, cinnamon roll, sticky buns, whipped cream and pumpkin cookie - and nutella - which I think has been renamed now - dug through my older bottles and man has this aged well.

I don't think I'll ever have the patience to DIY juice because mixing flavors that are already steeped makes me happy

ETA.. I might have to add a couple drops of menthol juice to the buttermint.. just to see what that's like
hmmmmm

if you get a chance, give The Killing on netflix a go. someone turned me onto it and it is addicting. not easy to watch at times, but very well acted and written.

ok, question. when i get my MVP2, how do i know what to set the wattage/voltage at so i don't burn out my coils. i use mostly 1.8 -2.2 ohm coils. i know nothing about electrical stuff, so i need some basic lessons i reckon. is it possible to set the w/v too high and do damage?

Thanks Sam, :)
Yeah, we've got dish network w/a dvr. So I was just curious as to how much we would use it.
I'd be bringing it in on her Wii.
The only premium channels I take are the Encore channels. I've had most of the others at one time or another
and found that we didn't watch them enough to justify paying for them.
I know I could get a free trial, but I'm kinda funny about things like that.
Sometimes, free trials can be alot easier to start than to stop.

I wish I could figure out how to turn on cc on my set-up. I've tried, but couldn't get it to work....:(
'll tackle it again, one day right away, I guess.

i'm talking about the lithium ion batteries in my itaste v3s. i have 5 now, and i'd like them to last until i get a new source of income. they run from 3.6 to 4.2 volts. i lost the thread it was in, but someone said that keeping them from 3.7 to 4.1 makes them last a super long time. but they charge up to 4.2. thus my confusion (as if i need an excuse for that )

i only spent $30 a month on RYO. i have access to a close by Indian Rez, a pound of good tobacco for 11 bucks. i've already spent a thousand bucks on vaping. although now, each dollar is well spent. i'm stocked on flavorings, wick, wire and have about 850mil of 50/50 juice (almost 0nic) and a pint or so of pg. i have around 1700mil of juice already made.

once i do have income, i might move up the scale in mods.

i just need to preserve what i have now.

thx, ms. kitty :) and i dunno how old your youngest is, but there is tons of children's stuff on netflix. what i like most about it is the wealth of independent films, which are my favorite. you get a lot of bang for your buck with netflix IMO.

just use any wattage you like. try between 6 and 8 watts, maybe higher for warm vapes like peanut butter. if you use volts, check your ohms on your clearo using the meter, then try 2 volts above that number. if you have 2.2 ohm (for real.check it), try 4.2 volts.

i think you'll get the hang of it quickly. :thumb:

and i'll check out the Killing, thanks! ;)
