Holy crap. Less than 5 minutes after I sent the email I receive an order confirmation for a new order. They are just sending me a free 30 ml bottle to replace the one that was mislabeled. That is amazing customer service! I'm blown away. Awesome company. I'm glad I have done nothing but give them rave reviews to all my people here. I know I've earned them three new customers (and I just started with them last week).
So vape mail included moo juice, blue moo, caramel apple, and afternoon delight. Plus my wife's blueberry. I've got a few things to do and then I'm filling up a bowl with hot water as away we go!

I've said it before, their customer service is second to none. They forgot a 30ml bottle on my very first order and I almost didn't say anything, cause hey, it was still a great deal (and they'd fulfilled my request for an OOS flavor as my sample, which I was happy about)... but after some thinking about it, I figured it couldn't hurt to let them know. So I did, expecting it to take weeks, if ever, for my missing bottle... nope. I had it in my mailbox *the next day* (from WA to GA!), with their apologies.
They've guaranteed that the lion's share of my juice money will *always* go to them, just because I feel like they value my business.
The fact that they have four juices I absolutely can't live without and about a dozen that I'd dearly miss if I ran out doesn't hurt, either.


well wasn't ready... fixed it with some White Ice (which with a few more days of testing, might make the jump to "can't live without", too). Anyway, 5 drops of White Ice added to half a tank of not-steeped enough bakery juice and all I can taste is White Ice... so I'm sure Extreme Ice would do the trick!
