I vape anywhere from 12 - 18mg and have started going down on some to 6mg

Ah, I see. I have a 4 month old almost full 30ml bottle of 24mg 555 Menthol. I don't like it at all. If you want it, it's yours, let me know. I try it every month or so thinking it will steep into something good, but it doesn't. Plus I don't vape 24mg anymore :)

Thanks heaps for the tips! I've already put some of my the RY4 into a smaller bottle and have the top off. I'll give it a few days. I'm huge into RY4 so I was pretty disappointed when I realized that I kinda ruined what is probably a pretty good vape. Time should heal it!

And yeah, the meds/treatment for my condition (I had Menetrier's Disease, which is a very rare stomach disorder, a little bit like stomach cancer; the final "cure" was a total gastrectomy....that's right, I gots no stomach, that's what led me to vaping, in fact) is a real killjoy. At least I can vape and taste stuff (usually) without all the unpleasantness that comes along with real food now. But, I digress...

Ah, a fellow chemo/steroids/everything tastes like cardboard vaper! *waves* Extra shots take longer to steep - sometimes significantly longer. I'm positive that's why I'm still waiting on my Sticky Bun... 50/50, 2 shots, in 50 ml bottles. Higher VG, shots, and bigger bottles all add steep time. If you have big bottles, decanting some into smaller bottles can speed the process. You also can speed the process by leaving the caps and tips off for a little longer than you otherwise might - it took about 60 hours for my Sticky Bun to stop smelling like pure alcohol. I've *never* had to leave a juice uncapped that long before, but this time it was warranted (and it's capped again now that it smells faintly like Sticky Bun).

In short, yeah, give them another week or two and they won't taste like chemicals/alcohol anymore.

I did my first mtbaker order yesterday before they closed for the move. Should be something in here I like, I'm not too picky
Apple Rings
Banana Cream Pie
Berry Creamy
Blueberry
Freckled Lemonade
Johnny Chimpo
Moo Juice

I was really hoping to get some spurberry, but it was out of stock. I'm guessing most of them will need some steep time, but maybe at least the blueberry or something will be usable as i'm running low.

You're welcome. :)

That sounds like a real party. Rheumatoid arthritis here - started smoking bidis for pain relief, moved to cigarettes when bidis were banned (in a legendarily stupid move, since cigs have all the added crap in them and thus I predictably went from half a bidi a day to a pack of smokes a day), and moved to vaping when my lungs decided to remind me that they don't work very well even when I *don't* smoke... part of the reason I vape mostly sweet/bakery type flavors is to keep myself from stuffing my face thanks to the pred, since stuffing my face + weekly chemo doses is a very ugly combination.

Hang in there. Your juices will come around with some time to air out and some time to sit around. :)

good night.

Gnight, kelli. Hope you're hanging in there, too.

It's taking me too long to catch up all the time. I might have to start skipping a few so I can get a couple of posts in before sleepy time. Vaping bloo moo with a splash of hawk sauce......interesting.

And here I was thinking today was a pretty slow day for this thread!

Yup, Black Friday order from MBV got here before the other vendor's order has even shipped even tho USPS saw fit to route thru Philly.

So, I know it isn't on their list of plastic crackers, but is Rainbow Sherbet citrusy enough to warrant caution with plastic tanks/syringes/bottles? I hadn't given much thought to how I'll measure tank cracker flavors...

I can't say definitively, but I would bet that it would be a tank cracker. I've only dripped it myself, but my instinct says no plastic :)

I hope it's kosher to ask this kind of question in here, but apologies if it isn't....

I really REALLY like two particular Turkish blends from two other juice vendors. Casablanca from backwoodsbrew and Desert Gold from ecblend. Does Mt. Baker have anything similar? I ordered their Ankara but, since I did the three extra flavor shots, I really dislike it at the moment. I can't tell what it'll be like once it mellows out and steeps.

I don't vape tobaccos enough to be able to answer your question, but I'm sure someone here can. If no one pipes up within the next hour or so, check back in the morning, when the MBV tobacco aficionados tend to be around in greater numbers. :)

I ordered some Razzleberry Pie as part of my BF order. As far as I remember, it looked fine when I got it - born on 11/29, received 12/2 or 3. I put all of my juices away to steep. Got the Razzleberry Pie out tonight to try it, and it is a cloudy amber color with a dark residue on part of the bottom that does not mix in when shaken. Any ideas on what could have happened? The rest of the order, including the juices I ordered for my daughter (we share living quarters and expenses) all look normal - clear, some have darkened to a nice amber, but I can see through them. Just that one seems to have gone cloudy. Smells good. I will be sending a message to MBV tomorrow when they open back up, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with a juice, and, if so, did you ever find out what caused it and if the juice was still vapable.

It sounds like something's amuck with it. Some juices are less translucent than others - my razzleberry pie is a little cloudy compared to most of my other juices, but it definitely doesn't have a dark residue on the bottom. It's probably still vapeable, sounds like it might have just separated... but I'd stick with your plan of contacting MBV to be sure.

I've had juices from other vendors separate over a long period of time (months) and they were still vapeable, but I've never had one separate that fast.

I had some juices from another vendor that went cloudy on me.. never got an answer when I wrote to them so I didn't vape them and never ordered from that company again. Never got a cloudy juice from mvb.. hopefully they'll have an answer for you tomorrow

so.. I broke into my hazel nut coffee... needs more steep time - max VG - no extra shots and so far I can barely taste hazel nut - no coffee at all and a saltyish popcorn taste.. very weird
doesn't taste like the popcorn juice though - it's actually not too bad, but not a coffee flavor at all.. yet

it was born on black Friday.. guess I'll give it another week (after I finish off this tank) and see if anything changes
*sad face*
I love hazelnut creamer in coffee
