poop, this is my first MBV juice and I'm dying to try it :p ..... and really steepage is just an urban myth ...... isn't it???????

Steeping is NOT a myth. And it makes a huge difference. I'd say most of the people who are all "Ew, MBV" broke into their juice fresh out of the mail.

Seriously. At least a week for most things. Some take even longer.

vaping cinn roll in an aspire vivi nova bdc, wow!

what was the recipe for sticky buns?

and Kelli's cinn bun mix?

and then what % caramel would one have to add to cinn roll to make cinn bun?

does that make sense?

I believe someone said Sticky Buns is Cinnamon Roll and Caramel.

Kelli's Cinnabun for me is 50/50 Cinnamon Roll and Sticky Buns.

I think someone referred to James when they said Sticky Bun was Cinnamon roll and Caramel candy....half and half I think.
Snowing here and a pizza on the way!! Have to get the Christmas tree decorated tonight!! Happy Sat. night all...be safe out there on the slippery roads (in 21 states)!! :)

thanks on the cinnabun. did James post the mix for the sticky buns?

It was in one of the newsletters, can't find it right now but iirc it just said Sticky Bun is Cinnamon Roll and Caramel Candy. Haven't tried that yet, but I assume it's 50/50 since no other ratio was specified. You could try asking for clarification on the supplier thread. :)

And no, steeping is definitely not a myth. It makes less of a difference with some juices than others... for example, Halo juice is fine fresh out of the box and *slightly* better after a week or two and some aeration/oxidation- but not so much better that I'd feel like I *had* to wait before vaping it. MBV, though, pretty much *requires* patience... some of their juices taste godawful straight out of the mail, but they all come around with enough steeping time. Doesn't mean they're all my cup of tea, but given enough steep time, none of them have been *bad*, and many have been divine.

A place some call paradise
Received a consolation prize today in the mail. I ordered a new tank on Thursday and was surprised to see it arrive all the way through Philadelphia and still no package from mbv. I swear it's floating in the pacific. This is the longest it's taken them.

The wife started off the quest to be an e cig user today. She's hurting I can tell but she hasn't tried to kill me yet. Of course we've only been around each other about an hour so far.

It does if it snows on a Sat. or Sun.!! So, you like the aspires? I loved vivi novas for a long time and then I started getting too many dry hits on the top coils. Is the aspire a top coil too? I love a warm vape, that's for sure. I've been sticking to carto tanks mostly lately. I'm highly dissatisfied with my pro tank 2's right now. The little grommets on the bottom of the coil constrict the air flow on a rebuild and I'm tired of fiddl'n with them. I might have to move on to rebuildables one of these days. Pizza time!!!
edited to add....I just remembered....the aspires are the bottom double coil, right? I can't imagine those being rebuildable but maybe I'm wrong.

tell your wife to hang in there. I had one cig each of the first 3 days at midnight....the last 3 I had in the pack. invite her to join us if she wants to!! I feel for her. I wouldn't want to be on day 1 again but before you know it you're at a week, then a month, and on it goes...and all those great flavors to enjoy!!

here's vid by twisted 420:

i had problems with the ptank2s, mostly consistency.

the vape is sweet on the bdc. there's not much fuss, pulling down the pin. not really rebuildable, but i checked a thread on these and soaking works fine. the 1.8 ohm coils work better than the 2.2.

Doug: the brownie is FW DIY, but it is yummy!

Ugh, Yeah rebuilding the PT 2 heads is not fun. I made another coil today, came out to 1.9ohms 30 gauge, 7 wraps micro. I went with a 3mm diameter this go around so I'd have an easier time threading the cotton. Seems to be working and FINALLY the draw is not too tight. The last two rewicks on my 2.5ohm 2mm coil were extremely tight for some reason.

I have to believe that using an RBA like the KFL clones would be easier to work on.

Thanks for posting that Sam. I love that dude!! His reviews are great fun and definitely uncensored!! He's funny! I'm wondering if he and his buddy have wonky bases to those tanks because of where they bought them. He did say he looked for the cheapest one he could find and it was a pretty obscure vendor....not flam'n, just say'n. It's enough for me to order one and try it though, probably from a different vendor! Sounds like a great vape. Oh, and why is the 1.8 better than the 2.2? I always wonder about than when ordering heads and cartos. Well, that tree isn't going to decorate itself....break time is over!!

Yeah, I use the 3mm also, but with 32 and 6 wraps. I was told that the little rubber insulator spreads out when you screw your pro tank back onto your device, blocking the air flow. On my Provari I got a great ohms reading but absolutely no draw whatsoever....no air flow at all. Some folks trim off part of that rim on the rubber insulator with good results. Me, I don't think it should have to be so hard.
