gotta disagree with the men part too.. I had to swear off EVER going in a lowes or home depot with hubby years ago.. that man needs to take a lunch with him when he goes there. He's a disabled vet - rides around in one of the scooter carts - wears my back - legs and feet out in an hour or so.. still says *I just have to check....**" so I won't go back. He's like that EVERYWHERE.. groceries.. home stores.. even trying to pick out one wine takes him forever! makes me nuts! and I'm a pretty good shopper..

3 in one day? geez chica, both our karmas must suck today.

and you are so right about those home depot/menards/lowes places. i will not go in them without a court order. good god, my idea of a living hell.

Absolutely on the Home Depot/Lowe's part. Hubby was a General Contractor for years,
now he's an electrician/plumber. I don't go with him ... period. "One hour is all it will take"
ends up being 3 hours. We used to have to drive 90 miles to a Home Depot or Lowe's, so
when I went I made him drop me off at a Barnes and Noble. =)

It's actually the most amazing thing I've seen online yet (in over 18 years).
It has plenty of douchebags just like anyplace but they're easy to ignore.

Over the last six months I have seriously thought about deleting my account. I get tired of posting something and then having SOMEONE complain about it. It never fails. Right now I'm just using it to like/share contests and they have complained about that too but I keep doing it. lol. I keep telling them to remove me from their news feed but my family isn't very Internet savvy. Sigh.

Traditionally mine was clothes shopping. It's pretty fun now because I enjoy having my wife try on stuff for me as long as there's a nice place to sit and I can bring my coffee in. lol Grocery store is #1 on my hate-list.

no heat in my house this morning. furnace took a big dump. guy is sposed to be calling before he comes to fix it. i have a window between 10 am and 3 pm. ffs. so i went to work and will have to run home when he calls. i HATE when things don't work!!! View attachment 284161
