God, I hate when people do that... so cruel. Sorry for your loss, sandman.

A friend of mine had a cat that was 1/4 bobcat - she'd rescued it because no one wanted a cat that had bobcat in it. I don't know what they thought might happen... the cat was still roughly cat-sized. Calico, maybe a little larger than average, but one of the most snuggle-prone cats I've ever met, and the most vocal by *far*... and I say that as one who's been a lifelong owner of Siamese, so that's saying something. Takes a lot to out-talk a Siamese! Anyway, Autumn (the cat-with-bobcat) came with my friend to visit one day. I was expecting there to be yowling and spitting, because Cushla thinks she's the only cat in the universe and that's how she likes it... instead, she decided Autumn was her new buddy, up to and including "sharing" her dog (Leo, at the time) with her new friend.

A week or so later, I discovered that Autumn had taught Cush her favorite game... Meow-co Polo. (Cat version of Marco Polo.) Cush has "played" it on a daily if not hourly basis ever since, whether we want her to or not.

A year or so later, a neighbor poisoned *all* of my friend's cats in an effort to "kill the bobcat one." Never found the perpetrator then, either. Some people, man.

This is NOT OKAY. It's just not.

It's just not okay.

And those are the only words I can find.

I've flown several times with my liquids and gear. I put all of the juice bottles in the quart size baggie and stick my receipt and calling card from MBV in the baggie. Squeeze the excess air out of the bottles first and screw top on tightly. I take all of my gear apart and put it in a cloth bag in my purse. I take that out and put it in the bin when going through xray. I have used a spinner with an evod on it in several airports....Philly, KC, Mpls., Detroit, after asking and getting approval. I usually end up vaping very little because of the looks I get from other folks in the terminal. I have heard that LA is an airport that is very strict and doesn't allow vaping, but I can't remember where or when I heard that so can't confirm. Good luck. I figure if I have documentation proving it's e-cig gear that I'm good and I've never had a problem. I'm pretty sure they see a lot of it these days.

Hey all. I'm leaving for CA to visit my mother in 2 days. Which means not only will I need to vape but I'll probably also need to up my nicotine content for the week haha. Something to do other than pull out my own eyelashes

Anyway, I haven't flown in awhile and I'm wondering about your experience with bringing vape gear on board. I'm not planning to actually vape on the plane (maybe the airport though) but I'm just not sure with all the carry on laws. I don't check baggage. I'm like a schizophrenic and I like to have all my stuff near me when traveling. Anyway, have you all had any problems with putting juice bottles in the plastic carry on bags? And the gear hasn't raised any suspicions at all by the TSA thinking it's some weird pipe bomb or crack pipe?

Of course, I could just travel juice-less (I think I can...I think I can...I think I can) and find a vape shop in the area. Which begs the question, anyone in the LA/SFV area of CA and recommend any vape shops? Hopefully I can make it in and out of one with just what I need and not a bunch of extraneous purchases. I'm broke already and a week without work I can survive only if I don't spend.

Don't give up on your build your own yet poetic! I have found that all of the juices from MBV, since they're mixed fresh, really do need at least one week, 2 or 3, or even a month, is all the better...for steeping. It's the nature of the beast. Cucumber mint is a lovely juice but the mint is absolutely predominant and that one does need a good 2-3 week steep also. That burger you had sounds amazing!! I LOVE burgers!!! Glad your mail arrived. One day off is pretty darn good one week before Christmas. :)

My vapemail came today...wheeeeeeeeeee!

A day earlier than USPS ETA and a day later than what I paid for, I'll take it! Of course I'm being a good little girl and letting it breathe overnight at least. I already had it sitting in warm water (ECF went down for awhile for me, how about you all?) for a few hours, now it's open and on the shelf.

My build your own combo results are unclear. My green tea/vanilla/menthol smells like .... It's medicinal and black licorice-y and the juice itself is like a greenish black. Reluctant to put it in my tank. Pretty sure it's a colossal failure. What I should've done was read the reviews on green tea because they led me to decide I'm not even going to *attempt* to re-mix it, which is disappointing because I really wanted to believe I'd like it. I also had a really clever name for it, so, terribly sad. RIP Mad Hatter.

I made an orange/sweet cream combo I named "Creaming O". That one might be good if a little heavy on the sweet cream but that's okay because I LOVE sweet cream anyway. I use it in everything- coffee creamer, ice cream, stracaitella (sp?) gelato...I just love it and would probably vape it straight. Even a little orange will probably only make it better.

Cucumber mint, which I was looking forward to and is an MBV flavor, smells okay but not very cucumber-y. I've decided to let it steep.

Berry creamy smells like Imma luuuuuuuuuurve it and rainbow sherbet smells cream-your-pants amazing. Graham cracker was the freebie. All I can say, as I haven't tried it yet, is it DOES smell like a graham cracker.

I was so disappointed by my Mad Hatter failure that I went ahead and ordered 3 more to quell my grief  They were: white out, blue ice (I decided I needed some minty flavors) and orange dream bar cause I really want an authentic orange creamsicle flavor in the even Creaming O is mostly just cream. Next up will be solar flare and blue moo. And then the 5 million others I've shoved into my wishlist...including texas sweet tea. I LOVE sweet tea.

Then I got blind sided by mother-crazy (that's what I get for answering the phone) and for the first time in awhile, I let that troll get a reaction out of me. I consoled myself wiiiiiiith...MORE PURCHASES! Another tank, some replacement coil units and a carry case. Is it possible it's already time to clean and dry burn my coil unit for PTII mini? I get an occasional burnt taste now and I think it flooded a wee bit. I'll do that tomorrow and then stick some rainbow sherbet in there. I'm glad I rolled the dice and got it in a bigger bottle cause I can just tell I'm going to love it forever.

My night ended with dinner with the boyfriend (all you can eat wings and a garbage burger which is slaw, fries and a sunny-side up egg on burger- disgustingly awesome. Salads for me tomorrow as I can already feel my tummy screaming at me), savannah sweet tea mixed drink with it. Guys, I never drink. I'm very NOT sober right now and, as such, I am having a hard time catching up.

I figured cucumber mint would need a steep, so that's all good. I should have enough to tide me over now. The build your own stuff I haven't given up on, just that one mix. The reviews for green tea both functionally and taste wise were some of the worst reviews I've ever seen of anything and the mix LOOKS like toxic sludge monster which means...it's not going near my tank anytime soon. I'm afraid it'll do something mean to my poor PTII Mini and right now that is my only tank so it has a BIG job to do all by itself :)

hi Roonies!

HAHA okay so I'll give you that some of that was a wee bit raunchy in the face of alcohol influence but you definitely also corrupted some innocent comments as well! :)

And thank you for the song, you started my morning off with a laugh that drew my focus away from the fact that I'm actually a little hung over haha.
