Thanks. Yea this ain't my first rodeo. I have 3 rssts, an AGA-T2, a cobra clone and recently a KFL and a fogger. One of the RSSTs I have get up with mesh and it works really well, but it's dedicated to a specific juice (a different vendor). I got some glass tanks for the other 2 RSSTs and wanted some other ideas. Tried cable...now I have like 10' of SS wire cable for need of 3", LOL. The cobra clone is setup with just XC-116 and it ok, but I'm just not a fan of that screw on cap. I might go the XC route with 1 of the RSSTs and maybe try the sleeved mesh as Uno suggested, probably with some XS-18. The KFL has a vertical coil just waiting for some hemp to get uber cleaned, just haven't felt good enough to mess with it. The flogger...well that one just needs work.

Mesh encased with Ekowool rocks my world, just sayin' ;)

Haven't got back to it yet, been too busy unfortunately :(

I am however doin' an Egg Nog today among some of the other FW flavorings I picked up ;)

is there anywhere where I can get less than 4oz of egg nog flavor straight from FW?? I want to try it but getting it direct from FW might be a pain especially if I dont like it

Ok, I'm convinced that I need to try that, but I have an abundance of this XS-18 so I may try that first and leave the Ekowool for ...maybe I'll just do the Ekowool on 1 and XS in the other and then compare the 2. Thanks for the prodding.

I don't care for it, but a lot of posters are disappointed it's not avail now.

I haven't tried any eggnog, the real thing or the juice, but I'm gonna have to try it now thanks to all you guys.

This thread does that to everybody, it's sinister I tell ya. People come here to find out about a MBV product & they are put under some kind of spell that causes them to order things that they had never even thought of. I keep looking around for Merlin. I know he must be employed by James, that seems to be the only explanation for what happens here. You are totally innocent one minute & spending money at MBV like a madman the next. It has totally destroyed the economy of the Butch household. There is much more than what meets the eye going on in this thread. So visitor to this thread beware, your wallet is in very grave danger.:blink::blink::blink:

That's the story I'm gonna give my wife anyway.:vapor:

Yup. Mom still has one occasionally and I don't know *how*, cause just the lingering smell when she comes back in the house gives me a whopping headache and makes me want to gag. I kind of like that, though... it's how I know that I've quit for good, and it's pretty cool to be 100% certain of that.

i agree, im quite proud of myself about quitting and constantly tell people how longs its been since ive had a cig. one thing, though, is im afraid if i ran out of batteries for an extended period of time i might have one. :(

Backups for your backups. I only have 1 backup at the moment, trying to wait until after Christmas before getting anything else, just in case I get something good for Christmas. I do have a good B&M close by if worse came to worse.

I have been looking at this stuff! How do you like it? How does it compare to silica? How does it compare to Ekowool?

Mesh encased with Ekowool rocks my world, just sayin' ;)

I like that combo as well. The sleeve mutes the sharpness that the stainless adds to flavors without muting the flavor itself like silica or ekowool.

I am not crazy! I can tell the difference :)

Good MBV afternoon with Black Currant, Banana, Butterscotch & Johnny Winter

I have the 3 sided LP of this on red label Columbia.
It was too much to fit on a single LP but not quite enough for a double.
So it's 3 sides on 2 LPs and the 4th side is smooth w/no groove.

All Tracks originally released 1969 except Tracks 12-13 originally recorded 1969 & released 2004; recorded: July 19-22 & August 8-12, 1969; Nashville, TN

Johnny Winter - Vocals, Guitar & Mandolin
Edgar Winter - Piano, Organ, Harpsichord & Alto Sax
