yeah anything more complicated than nothing is bad for me. :p thanks to everyone for their input and advice. :)

don't put yourself down about it....we all found all this stuff hard to understand I am sure. I for one was very confused about pg, VG, ohms, watts, volts...... all that stuff

ok so maybe you can help, or someone can? i have a mvp2 and i use 1.8 and 2.2 coils. about where should i be setting my watts and volts? right now i have a 1.8 coil in and have the watts at 3.5 and volts at 7.5 and it seems ok. just wondering if that is anywhere close to where it should be. thanks :)

I have an MVP 2 as well and I was under the impression that the volts "U" and the watts "P" operate independently ... you can choose either function. It depends on which button you press last. If I set the volts "U" at 3.5, I get a cool weak vape. If I set the watts at "P" at 7.5 or 8 I get my target vape. If I change the volts to 5.0, I get a burnt taste but if I then press the "P" button, which triggers the watts which are set to 7.5, then I'm back to my target vape. I think the watts setting, theoretically, will adjust the voltage based on the resistance of your coil. Hope this helps.

Well I think I've got a pretty good idea how this year is going to go. It was one of *those* days in the shop... where nothing was going right. Get frustrated with 1 project, move to the next, screw something up there, get frustrated, move to the next.... So I finally decided to call it. And out of frustration I punted an empty cardboard box, aiming for the burn pile... only the box wasn't empty (some idiot forgot about putting that off this morning).... and I'm pretty sure I just re-broke my bad ankle. Actually I'm almost certain of it. This. Officially. Sucks.

Ouchie. :( Sounds like something I would do. Did you go to the hospital yet?

Sounds like one of my days ... Sorry to hear about your bout with the box ... they usually win. Last time I kicked an empty box, it threw out my back and put me down for about a week. Hope your ankle is okay and that this was the low point for you this year.
