I am so glad to hear all the positives about MTB juices. I prob wont be able to get in on the new year sale but will for sure order. I love all the options they offer.

My facial hair is less about hunting a mysterious white whale & more up for a game of fisticuffs or roping cattle, depending on the humidity of course.
I've actually got a pretty sweet cane from when I originally broke it. Let's just say it's not legal in most states
That ankle is why I'm self employed to begin with. I broke it really badly a few (5ish?) years ago & all I'm qualified to do on paper are jobs that require me being on my feet - 15 years as a chef, 7 years working at ski resorts, etc. Well work comp screwed me, they refused surgery, physical rehab & even tried to go after me for the ambulance ride down the mountain. Not quite bad enough to get disability, but bad enough that I can't do any of those things any more. So I have my shop & I have a 100 mile long rural newspaper route to help when the shop is slow & for fun money when the shop is busy.
And it wasn't that big of a box, it was just a double punt to where it needed to be.. even if I wasn't ...... I would've probably kicked it since my hands were full. I probably gave it a little extra gusto from the frustration & managed to hit it in the just wrong spot with the just wrong spot of my foot. I'm not going to the hospital since I already know what they're going to do to me & I've got all that stuff here. Soft cast, walking cast, crutches, a super awesome cane (but no top hat

Aww thank you. It's hard to say how bad it is until morning. My guess is I just hairlined one of the old breaks - the original injury basically shattered the talus. With a little luck I'll just be hobbling around on my cane for a few weeks.
Um... we're having a warm spell... it's safe. I promise. The -20 to -30F passed by a couple weeks ago. I dare say it's above 0 outside right now. I thought I saw a palm tree sprouting in the back yard this afternoon.
