Oh lord a sub guy. I hear you guys are nuts.

I remember reading on this thread somewhere that each shot represents another 2% of flavoring regardless of the size of the bottle, which explains the reason shots cost more depending on the size of the bottle.

Kelli's back! Don't forget to switch your avi to the one from last Sundays win. We need all the help we can get today. GO PACK!!!

Can someone please explain ry4 flavor to me? I saw a picture of vanilla ice cream with caramel. I thought it was a tobacco flavor.

Again welcome back Kelli. Don't forget to change your avi. You told me to remind you, don't hate me for being thorough.

RY1 ---------RY2--------RY3-----------> RY4
least sweet------------------------------->most sweet
more tobacco-like---------------------->more caramel like

It is, but it's very difficult to explain because it's become such a catchall term. Originally, it was one flavor made by Dekang called Ruyan 4 (there was also a Ruyan 1, Ruyan 2, etc), and it was a tobacco with vanilla and caramel notes. Then the flavor creator for Dekang defected to Hangsen and took the original Ruyan 4 recipe with him. He then went to prison for a while for intellectual property theft (I think? This was all before my time as a vaper, so I'm recounting this fifteenth hand), and in the meantime, other companies started trying to come out with their own versions of RY4. Problem was, everyone tasted different notes in it, and the blend had undergone some refinement between its time at Dekang and its time at Hangsen, so everyone ended up with completely different blends based on which one they were using for reference and what they tasted in it.

At this point, it's become a catch all term for "desserty tobacco that probably has vanilla and/or caramel in it somewhere, with or without other stuff."

well, i am not sure if he said he is bipolar, but i am....and stuff like that can trigger you if you're in the wrong mood. i will try to talk to him. i like him around here. :)

I hope you can get him back ... contrary to what he may think now I like him too ... as a matter of fact I wouldn't have been joking with him if I didn't.

Just so you know the exact post ... here is a cut and paste (keep in mind the quote attributed to OZ was edited by me).

Some folks like the warm water bath - for every 10 degrees Celsius the rate of a cat's discomfort doubles. They're both important. naturally.

I think he may have been offended by me saying he couldn't get the cap off of his juice, and started to rebut right away without reading the edited quote as to how his way was just as good as mine

and like I said hilarity ensued

So............well we're not going to get all the snow originally predicted.
In fact we won't get much more and there MAY be 2 inches out there.
Whew.
But we are getting our share of the flippin' cold temps - not as bad as north
of us but still....below zero tonite and tomorrow night and single digits
tomorrow. They called off school tomorrow, as figured.
Everyone stay warm.

It's just "winter mix" here, no snow, but it's supposed to be 9 degrees tomorrow - the metro Atlanta area will be *insane* not to call off school, if for no other reason than there's no way on earth they'll get even half of the school buses started in those kind of temps. The two biggest counties in the metro area don't allow bus parking off the main lot (vandalism concerns) so that means the buses don't get plugged in when it's cold, because there's a ratio of about 600 buses to about two mechanics (who are also off till tomorrow morning, just like the rest of the school employees)... since the buses are diesel and use glow plugs, they're just straight up *not* going to start in those counties. There's still a county or two that allows "off site" parking, in which case the individual drivers are each responsible for plugging their own buses in, so they'll probably be fine... but the "main lot parking only" counties? No chance.

It'll be interesting to see how many of them do the sensible thing and how many try to make a go of it anyway with only about a tenth of the bus fleet working.
