Unfortunately, many (but not all) of the stronger fruit flavors are tank crackers. I highly recommend picking up a pyrex tank of some sort - pyrex smoktech aros are the cheapest available at about $7-8 a piece. There are many others out there - protanks are pyrex, you can get pyrex vivi novas, etc - but aros are the cheapest I've found if you're looking to have a pyrex tank on a budget.

The strongest fruit flavor from MBV that I've found so far is Key Lime, and it's delicious, but I would in *no* way risk it in a plastic tank (nor any citrus).

The tank cracker list is list is here, though someone has probably already posted it by the time I post this. :)

Thanks for the list. I have 2 Protanks but they are always loaded with other ADV. Just looking for fruit recommendations for making pie with my pie crust.
Thanks

Morning everyone, 5am here and still haven't slept although I don't think I will be at all so I decided to hop on here. I wanted to give you all my opinions on my first impression with mt Baker vapor and the juice I ordered.

So first things first. I ordered root beer 2 shots, Butterscotch 2 shots, bananas gone nuts freebie so no extra shots, hawk sauce 1 shot, Guava 3 shot, sticky bun 2 shot, moo juice 2 shot.

All these have steeped now for about 2 and a half weeks and overall I am happy.

The one that really impressed me was Guava, I know I know strange choice but the flavor and just the authentic taste really hit home for me and it's an Adv for me.

Root beer is an interesting one, I can taste the root beer but I feel like I get a ginger taste to it that just doesn't seem right, not bad but not great ether.

Bananas gone nuts is pretty good I definitely see how it's a favorite with users.

Hawk sauce is interesting for me also, I like the fruit taste and the coolness with the menthol but i feel like it might be a little to sweet for me or something. I think it will take a little bit more time for me to decide on that one.

Butterscotch was the one that disappointed me the most, Idk why but for some reason this just gave off a slightly burnt taste that made the Butterscotch taste bad. I did everything to try and correct the taste but I believe that's what they made it out to be. Putting it aside though to try later down the road.

Moo juice and sticky bun I haven't gotten to fully try yet and by fully try I mean a tank or two but all signs point to that they are both really good.

Morning all. Haven't been lurking long, Sam... family drama over here. (Yes, it *is* inconsiderate to stay out till 3am when Mom and I both have to get up at 5am and you made the conscious decision to leave your keys behind. Guess who had to stay up to let you in? That's nice that you're sorry, but if it happens one more time... no, it's not about treating you like a kid, it's about if you choose to hang out with inconsiderate people, then you need to stand up to them and be the considerate one, because in your house there are people who work for a living and need to get up early, it would be the same if we were just your roommates.... etc etc etc.) It's times like this that she terrifies me. She used to be great at standing up to peer pressure - a little too blunt and rude about it, tbh! But in the past 5 years or so it's become "my friends are nice, so I do whatever my friends say." Which leaves me stuck trying to explain that it's not *really* about being out till 3am, it's about me having visions of her needing her stomach pumped or ultimately having someone take physical advantage of her because "my friends are nice so I do whatever they say."

Vaping Vanilla Tobacco.

Wha? Morning? Work? Kids? Bleah! :)

 Sadly, my life will involve the latter two until my dying day, though I try to avoid the first as often as possible and the "kid" in question is 29. *Somebody's* got to keep the bills paid and make sure she's at least reasonably safe.

In the course of our "this staying out till 3am on a school night has to end" talk, it transpired that she and the friend visited and ate at *six* different fast food restaurants in 10 hours. The friend, by the way, is entirely neurotypical and in her thirties... just one of those people who's never grown up because there'll always be someone there to pick up the financial slack.

Me: "WHY did you go to six restaurants?"
Her: "So and so asked if I wanted to."
Me: "And did you want to?"
Her: "Not after the 4th one."
Me: "And you didn't say anything because...?"
Her: "I didn't want to be rude."
Me: "So you're just out $50, instead - which is all of your Christmas money. Do you see what I'm getting at?"
Her: "Oh.... yeah.... but she's nice!"

Arrrrrgh. Every time I think we might get her raised, I tell you.

Been on a madagascar vanilla kick for a couple of days.

All this cheesecake talk has me pulling out my cheesecake to see if it's made it to vapeable.

Doesn't smell as *much* like spoiled milk as it used to...

: gets all hopeful :

Nope. Still vapes like spoiled milk. Just not nearly as bad as it used to. And now I have to clean this atty. Yuk.

Why did I get the only nasty bottle of cheesecake out there????

65/35 +1, 12mg, from 10/11/2013.

: mutter grumble :
Just checked my bottle and it was "born" on 10/29/13. IMO it is GREAT now but am not sure how long it has been great as I revisited Sat night after leaving it alone for over a month.

hey Sean,

sorry to hear about last night. i got robbed, as well. sleep apnea hit me not once, but twice! i don't mind being mentally discombobulated, but physically, it isn't so much fun. you have to give pause to let you heart straighten out. (or figure out if it isn't going to) (i hope to know soon!)

kinda glad i'm not working. i'm stubborn enough to work irregardless of how i feel.

you might want to consider making "the person you were referring to" join a group. my last roomie was wheel chair bound. she told me (cuz i didn't know) that certain people target "certain people" in wheel chairs because they feel they are easy to dominate. WA state has a chapter for this, i don't know about yours/ it might help "someone" to realize the that they might be putting themselves in danger. at the least, you would have additional help/support for the problem (cuz someone might be missing that it can be a real bad problem).

Oh, yes, those particular predators call themselves devotees (or, in a term that truly turns my stomach for a variety of reasons, "transabled.") I and she are both, shall we say, *intimately* familiar with them... these days, it's rare to be visibly disabled and not encounter them... and unfortunately, it was she who had the worst experience, mentally/physically/emotionally. We've looked at and talked about getting her involved in some local groups, but unfortunately, there aren't really any that are a) independent living focused (where she could get the kinds of lessons to which you refer) or b) comprised of people who function at her level. I haven't given up yet, but that's where I bump into the problem of "I live in an area with no mass transit and don't drive."... and it's one of the big reasons that I'm working on fixing that.

She knows all of the things she needs to know, and knows them well, but she's been going through a phase lately of "I'm a grownup and grownups can do whatever they want with no consequences!" and we're working on reminding her, not for the first time, that no, when you're a "grownup" the consequences get *bigger*, it's just that your parents aren't the ones calling the shots... instead it's your boss/the electric company/the landlord, etc, who just want the job done/money paid.

Stone, wonderfully put.

roonies, ouch! Sending warm and painfree thoughts your way!

channelvaps, thanks - I'm at the point where I'm assuming something is wrong with the bottle. I'm going to get another next time I order. I've had juice from MBV that I don't like, but it tastes and smells like it's supposed to (given an appropriate amount of aging/steeping, of course). I've never had juice from them that tastes remotely like this.

Seanchai, I feel for ya - that's a rough situation to deal with.

In other news, I spent 30 minutes looking for my glasses this morning. I thought I'd knocked them off the nightstand - they always go in the same spot when I go to bed.

Finally roused some additional help to look for them. They were *not* on the nightstand, and therefore not under the bed or in the trash can (where I'd been looking) - they were across the way on my desk. I don't remember leaving them there.

Yup, it's Monday.

Got Bananas Foster + Whipped Cream loaded up this am. Not one of my better mixes - I should have used Bavarian Cream to mix in, I think.

That's ok. I have bottles of Cake (Yellow), Bavarian Cream, and Salted Caramel with me today. And Madagascar Vanilla and Vanilla Tobacco waiting for me when I get home. :)

Ouch. We're having to try to convince a very unmotivated teenager of that, and that's difficult enough. You have the patience of a saint, Sean.

Sounds like me. I've been wearing a pretty strong prescription since 1st grade, when they figured out I couldn't actually see the chalkboard in class. "Looking" for my glasses is actually a misnomer - it's more like "groping around for them, and using the flashlight app on my phone in hopes that I'll catch a reflective flash that will send me in the right direction". I'm generally pretty good about making sure that I stick to a routine about where they go when not on my face. Apparently, I was tired enough last that I failed at that particular task.

The upside is that I discovered enough dust bunnies under the bed that I'll actually remember to send the robot under there when I get home today... I didn't realize how long it had been since I'd let him loose upstairs to get the undersides of things.

As long as you don't spend an hour looking for them only to discover they are on top of your head it will be alright.
