Okay, I gotta get something to eat, I am hungry. Like, two-dogs hungry.

Taifun is not a clone, it is made in Germany. I believe the concept was derived from the kayfun but they are as different as a Protank vs a iClear30. There are clones of the Taifun though, they are made in China. That being said, I like my R91s better than I like the genuine KFL that I have. I guess I could save some money and buy real Kayfuns, but I like the R91 better :) I like the Taifun equally as much as the R91. Just my opinion though, I do own some other clones of the kayfun series. IMO Russian>Genuine KFXX>Clones.

I generally buy a bunch of stuff find what I like best, then either give or discount the rest to my son.

It made more sense in my 'just woke up from a nap' state of mind. What I meant was no authentic KFL's in the states = purchasing from Germany. Wasn't calling the Taifun a clone. I was going to wait a bit longer, but the cylon windows are pretty hard to get, so that was the trigger. I live in Montana, so B&M's are non existent.

When I was researching RBA's it boiled down to the KFL & R91. The only reason I like the KFL ever so slightly better, is the hidden airflow screw & no driptip adapter. I set-it-n-ferget-it with the airflow, so I find the profile is cleaner without the extra screw showing. I can't use the stock tips because they're steel, so not needing the adapter is nice & it also makes for a cleaner profile. Pure aesthetics.

yay for you on the 60 day mark!

Engineers are worse. Designers often give you an end result that is impossible, but looks really cool. Engineers do the same thing but can prove on paper that it can be done. Even when it can not.

3 men are being led to the guillotine for execution. A priest, a pickpocket & an engineer. As the priest is led up, he is asked if he has any final requests.

"I request to be executed face up, so I can see the face of God as his angels bring me to him."

"Very well."

The priest is laid face up & the cord is cut. But the blade doesn't move. The stunned king declares this divine intervention & releases the priest with a royal pardon. After the guillotine is set back up, the pickpocket is led up to be next. He decides to try his luck.

"I have seen the error of my ways & ask God to forgive me." He then requests to be executed face up as well. As luck would have it, the guillotine freezes up again & the thief is also pardoned.

The engineer follows suit, requesting to be executed face up as well. A moment before the cord is cut the engineer screams out, "WAIT!"

"I see the problem."

So it appears the strategy is this:

Lump E-cigarettes into the tobacco category.

Then run a media campaign where e-cigs are not mentioned but continuously push for higher taxes and banning smoking in more places.

And of course the "It's for the children" argument, as it always is.

Smoking to kill 5.6 million US kids if not stubbed out: report | Reuters

You know what gets me is this is the "popular political" thing to attack. I had read some reports that had some un-verified statistics on alcohol related deaths. Not just car wrecks but lives that were shortened because of liver failure and other health problems. The results were staggering and if I remember correctly topped tobacco use related deaths.

All the non smoking politicians would be at a loss if they could not drink their alcohol while sitting around and patting each other on the back for attacking smokers.

sad... I just failed my driving license written test

true story: i failed my written test, i had changed 4 answers. an older (er, no offense anyone) cop yells at me, something like, hey idiot, always go with your first answer! he passed me. i was using my moms car, it broke down. my boss gave a lift in his fancy new van.

i was nervous in the damn thing. same cop says, wow, you're driving too slow, i'm gonna have to flunk you. i said, did you see that fat guy back there. not only is he my boss, but today is my first day at work....hmmm, he says...OK, you got it! :p

flunked 'em both, got my license:p anyway!

Hello friends :)

Kelli I am glad that your feeling better :)

Sean I am sorry about your mom. I am not much better so I cannot really judge. Once, when in labor, I waited until the contractions were 2 mins apart for 2.5 hours. (that was my first child) I did not want to be one of those that kept running to the hospital at every twinge.
On the bright side I had her really quickly once I arrived at the hospital :)
Another time I fractured my foot and waited 2 weeks to go to the Dr. Drove my husband nuts.

If anyone one recalls my happy day post from yesterday.... I must have jinxed myself because it seriously went down hill from there!
Got into a disagreement with my 17 yo. Typical stubborn teen, but I dislike any discord at home.
For the entire evening half of the channels on Directtv were not working... Then after not sleeping much at all last night.. I awake to discover that my phone is not working.
(Bill was paid) It seemed the entire network was down. Could not make a call or text or go online until a couple of hours ago.

I am hoping that this evening improves.

I did mix up a tasty liquid concoction! I do not DIY like some of you ... I just mix already mixed flavors. This was well steeped fruit stripe gum with sour apple and a few extra drops of sour flavor extract.

try working with lawyers. oy vey!

I owned a small construction company at one time. At the height of it I had all my crews working on gut and remodels for a group of investors to flip in the part of Austin here going rapid "Gentrification". It was three type A lawyers that were brothers, they were each married to interior designers...

That was the worse 6 years of my life. :) The change orders needed a chain of custody for their change orders.
