Give this a lookie ;)

There are some picks posted with Russians and Kayfuns...

I didn't get past the 1st post - built on stainless cores, no way, flambe. I don't do any metal tips, but stainless ones are the worst, hands down. Taste like crap. If I do something other than my cheapie delrins, it'd have to be glass. But so far I haven't seen any glass worth buying. They seem to all be way over priced, poorly blown & shoddy work. I keep looking from time to time, but basic black delrin works for me :)

If you think Cucumber Mint was something, you should try Hibiscus !! NOT !!

They both make me scratch my head in confusion about why they were invented in the first place.

That said, I'll try almost anything once. So I can't actually knock them, since I haven't actually tried them. But there are so many other tasty sounding options out there!

sometimes, OK a lot, women are the sum product of the discrimination, cruelty and terror that has been inflicted on them. we are lucky that we still have men left on the planet. many, many don't deserve to be here...

in other news, i found my purple drip tip! :D

Trust me, it's not just men.

Can we just sum this up as "some people are awful"? :)

Not at all. It just happens to be the one for me. Durability isn't the only reason that the MVP wasn't for me, but I was trying to avoid bringing up the whole 'vs' discussion. I'm tired of it. If I hopped onto one of those threads the only thing I'd have to say is ... I bought what I liked, now you go buy what you like. Let's all stop the pretentious BS or the I wish it did this or that crap. ... but that's why I don't even click on those threads. Pointless.

Well said. I occasionally jump over into the new vapers section to defend new folks right to use cigalikes - and to defend the right of folks who have been vaping awhile to still like using them.

It doesn't take long until I regain my senses and leave.

If it keeps someone off analogs, it works.

I don't like cucumbers. I'm not a rabbit so please don't feed me like I am. But put it into a vape? I knew I wasn't going to like it but one of my converts was so proud to have his new gear and first bottle of mbv juice (hmm..hmm clearing throat...commission? R91) that I felt obligated to try it. It tasted like a cucumber and just the slightest undertone of mint. Not menthol but mint flavor. I couldn't rinse my mouth out fast enough. Let it be know the juice was 80/20 12 mg 8 days old, but I had got water steeped it for him using mre heaters (pretty proud of that one). He loves it though. He vaped 4 ml of it yesterday.

Have I mentioned it's been 4 days since my last shower?

There is nothing more wonderful in life than a hot shower after many days without. Or, in one case, after several months without. I have never taken either hot water or showers for granted again.

A good chocolate vape is very enjoyable. Unfortunately, they're hard to find, and the bad ones taste like dirt. I mean that literally - I've vaped a lot of flavors that should be relabeled "chocolate flavored dirt." Some of them come around with enough steep time, some don't.

But a good chocolate vape tastes just like cocoa, or some variant of that.

The quest for a decent chocolate vape would be why I finally ventured into vv vw land. Now, if tomorrow's mail would just get here...

Yeah maxpedition is great stuff. I have one of their bags on my ruck right now.

As far as taking my kit out on long trip you can't go wrong with a pelican cAse. I have a 1010 micro case which holds three tanks and the mod goes in my pocket. While I'm out here I have the 1010 and a 1060 because I planned for vaping Armageddon. Took every battery, mod and tank I owned plus about 5 bottles of juice. Good thing about the pelicans is that they're waterproof, crush proof and under $30. Perfect for me.
For the ladies I could easily see a 1010 fitting in a purse with two tanks and two 15 ml bottles.

Pelican cases are awesome. But what is this "purse" thing you are talking about? :)

Another stupid long day in which I have not yet started the project I sat down to work on this morning. I've already told my folks that unless a server goes down or someone dies, I am unavailable tomorrow. Since I have to deliver said project on Thursday. :)

About to rummage through my box of "stuff that still needs to age" to dig out orange dream bar and see how it's doing...

I fought the nap and the .. nap won. I fought the nap and the .. *yawn*. Welp, so much for getting a full night's sleep tonight. :glare: I forgot to send the rest of me a memo that unscheduled naps are only authorized before noon.

But you look like a spud..............:p

Great news, we just got back from the eye doctor, & he says Grandma can sleep in her bed tonight. That will be the 1st time she has been able to lay down in 16 days. Now maybe some of her other problems will clear up.:D:D:D:D

Thats good to hear. Maybe both of you can get some more sleep tonight.

Okay, after a 1.6 ohm double strand nest with 2mm silica [warm vape - major throat hit] followed by a 2.5 ohm double strand nest with 2mm silica [cool vape - medium throat hit], today I built this thing. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...n-3-1-es-setup-re-wick-re-coil-my-method.html
I think it's a modified Figure 8. 2.0 ohms on the button. Solid throat hit with the coil so high. Good but not great flavor. I think I'll be using that double strand nest build a lot.
When I'm done playing around, I'll probably settle in at 1.8 ohm.

But after this comes cotton yarn.

Have not been able to keep up with the thread, how is your mom, Sean?

She's finally seen her regular GP and came back with more meds and strict instructions to stay home, so of course, she ran errands all day  She's in for the night now and I've threatened to tie her to the recliner if she goes out again, so hopefully she'll feel better in a week or so. :)
