You need to explain to her the difference between good carbs and bad carbs. Avoid processed sugar and you should be good to go.

She has health issues and the change in diet has helped with some of the pain. Unfortunately she says she can't stick to it unless I do it too.

I am auditioning photo editors for the tablet. None are on par with Photoshop but I have found one that is pretty decent.

Speaking of dinner I haven't eaten since 0800. I might luck out and get a shower tonight though, but at the moment it's not looking good for that. Good side is that if the rest of the group does well Tomorrow may be my last day out here though which would be awesome but things like that never work out for me. Fido
The more I read this thread the more I want to make an order. I could really use a new flavor. I didn't like sherbet (I'm so sad) so I've got a 50 ml bottle to pif. I had high hopes too but I just don't dig lemon vapes. Orange mue bueno, lemon no mas.

I gave up a long time ago trying to find a good photo editor for Android. Dropbox camera uploas works well and I then just edit in Photoshop on my laptop.

I got a new RDA clone today in the mail so I have been fogging the room in and vaping on probably the only vertical coil/cotton kanger head i will ever do. I still do not see the hoopla, not as good as my R91 and a pain to do at that. I forgot that I had tried it on sunday then pulled the cotton out and restuffed to see if I had done something wrong.

If I ate at a normal dinner time I would be up in the middle of the night raiding the fridge and cooking.. at 4am! Hubby and our son who still lives at home eat at a normal time. They have both been in bed for a couple of hours.
