I also dropped an order for some juice. Use ECF for the discount. it takes care of the shipping. less than $7 for a 30Ml is great. Do these juices need to steep?
All of mine seem to have been mixed on the day I ordered. Most do not need to steep, but some do. All seem to go through some interesting changes as they do steep, though.
Started vaping James' RY4 and thought I'd give it a mini review.
RY4 (12mg 50p/50v Mfg: 8.7.12) This is a hard one. It tastes so much like Nag Champa incense. Like, exactly. My reaction keeps going back and forth from repulsed to contemplation.
The resemblance to Nag Champa is what repels me, or repelled, I should say. The flavor isn't
bad, a complex, woody, flowery vape. What repelled me was a mental thing, I've realized. The taste is so similar that I was reacting on impulse, as if it was incense smoke I was inhaling. Good defense, body, but this is serious business. You see, as it has steeped and I've learned to vape it, I've found it's actually a great contrast to what I'm used to vaping. I'm getting a little desensitized to some of these other flavors, but this stuff is lighting my mouth up with a big cigar flavor as I type this.
And that aftertaste is very satisfying. Very much feel like you've just smoked a really nice cigar. This RY4 is not a sweet RY4 at all at this moment. It's a young bottle, so perhaps it does get sweeter. Whatever the taste, after leaving the bottle open to steep until today, it has not changed much at all.
My overall impression is this may not be a RY4 for everyone. It is very floral, very wooden, with a mellow and spicey aftertaste that make it a very nice, rich flavor. Tons of vapor and nice throat hit at 50/50, but doesn't play optimally in the T2 I'm using right now, but well enough. But if you know what Nag Champa smells like, or have used incense to any degree, I can't help but wonder if you won't react adversely to this. I did, but am glad I came back to it. Great contrast to the sweeter, bakery type of vapes I've picked up from MBV. My banana nut bread's flavor was fading fast on me from vaping so much, and this RY4 kicked all my tastebuds in their tastebutts.
