Placed my second order with MBV today, I couldn't really hold off....gotta stop going to their site...but as many have said i was alittle worried about quality at first but in my experience so far they have equal or better quality than the other "even though limited" vendors i've tried....i get 1 extra flavor shot in all my juices just to be safe and my first four were lightning, ecto cooler, thug juice, and one that i made....all are good even though ecto cooler and lightning are too close in taste for me so i wish i had just ordered ecto cooler and another flavor

thug juice reminds me of the little sour patch watermelon slices and anyone who's tried mine loves it

tonight i ordered, green ice (which i've read is good), blue moo juice (also read it's good), razzle (haven't heard much but i love raspberries) and peach tobacco (which i haven't read anything about either)......i don't request sample flavors though as i kind of like the surprise and kind of feel bad for an odd reason of asking even though they advertise the sample.....however last time they sent me a mint chocolate latte type flavor which is really good

My Butterscotch has improved slightly over time, but still has a chemical undertone. That's probably from getting four extra shots (which in retrospect, was a mistake).

I really looked forward to this flavor, so maybe I will re-order it at 50/50 with one extra shot.......

BTW, the black licorice imporved GREATLY over the time I have had it.

I'm sorry if this is redundant, but I've struck out with the search bar; can any of you MBV fans point me to which flavors hold up the best in the 70%VG/30%distilled H2O blend? I want to try some foe my aunt (she makes me buy all her juice), but am afraid about the flavor loss. Thanks for any input!

70VG/30water is all I buy from MBV, and I don't get extra shots. The consistency of this blend is great, thin just like you would expect in a PG based blend and wicks fine.

Root beer is spot on at this level, would be too strong for me with any PG or extra shots. The flavor is good in butterscotch and Cinnamon Roll, but they would benefit from an extra shot (or more than one if used in a carto, which IMO mutes flavor more than a clearo).

I've already found juices that make me a pretty happy camper, but my aunt is the hardest to please lady in the vaping universe, and I think it has something to do with her fear of any pg. So far, the Butterscotch is the only MBV juice I've tried for her (I still do have all faith in the good Rocketpunk). But I'm going to give your other suggestions a go!

I had better luck ordering it in 100% VG. It does very well with less than 30% distilled H2O, if you need it at all. If you do, you can thin by the tank full at 1 or 2 drops of distilled or plain water. You can thin the whole bottle itself if you can manage to get some more drops of distilled water into the bottle. In my DIY, I usually thin at the rate of 1 drop per mL of VG. James does fill them to the brim, most of the time. If you have trouble filling cartomizers with it, warm the bottle by sitting in hot water for a few minutes, to change the viscosity, or be patient.
For me high VG juice has more flavor in cartomizers than clearos.

How long do you usually have to steep them? Or do you have to steep them? I've heard that you might have to steep VG juices longer than those with PG, but I've only had VG based juice from two vendor so far. The order I'm waiting on from MBV is 70VG/30water, so I'm wondering how long it will be til they're ready to vape.

A lot of MBV flavors benefit from steeping. Butterscotch needs a steep, and cinnamon roll was good from the box but got better after a steep. Root beer is good the day it arrives, IMO. Tidal Wave has mellowed a bit after a steep. Others with a wider MBV flavor experience may have more information for you.

Also, I am having an issue with my juice that I don't experience often with other vendors. Halfway thru whatever type of tank I am using, the juice starts to darken. They will go from a clear to a dark reddish brown. It doesn't seem to have an effect on the flavor but it is still disconcerting. Only the Ecto Cooler keeps it clearness thru the whole tank. This will happen in a carto tank, vivi nova, or clearomizer. Anyone else have this issue?

Vaping the Pineapple/Peach as i type this, i'm just about done with my 15ml bottle. It's pretty good IMO, i never let it steep, just cracked right into it. Mostly Pineapple, but you can taste the Peach on the back side. Already have another bottle on order that was shipped today.

I kinda go by the color to tell when it's ready. Butterscotch is a very light amber color then when it's about 2 weeks old its really dark. Most of the juices darken as they intensify with flavor/ age. I think it's very normal

I've been thinking I let the WhiteChocolate steep too long as the flavor comes out wonky or just weak sometimes
Also noticed it likes a colder burn than the CaramelCandy did(~4v @ 2.8Ω for WC vs ~4.4v @ 2.8Ω for CC)

I am letting most of it steep but right out of the mailbox .. into a freshly stripped of guts carto for dripping my own build my flavor.. called mint cream.. OMG I could bathe in it!
it's all VG.. er max VG.. no nic and a blend of:
candy cane -2
wintergreen - 2
spearmint -2
sweet cream - 3
madagascar vanilla - 3
this will be in my next order at 50ml

my sample.. all VG is next in the drip atty. It smells divine.. kinda butterscotch/caramely but it's hand written and my eyesight is so crappy (and I didn't go to pharmacist school) that I can't read what it says.. kinda looks like *string bean* but I'm sure that's not it.

ETA: the sample - kinda tastes spicy sweet.. hot cross buns come to mind-- or gingerbread..light amber color juice and can tell steeping is going to give this one a big boost.. still looks like it says string bean though
