Holy Maple Pecan! I can't believe I made this bottle last two weeks but man I'm sure glad I did. I'm gonna have to let my girlfriend hide my next (BIG) bottle of this from me for two weeks next time so I don't kill it off before its prime again. My favorite MBV juice so far, no question.

That's funny, because before 2 weeks, I couldn't STAND it. Now it's great, but when fresh... no thanks.

Kindnugs, those were the days....nice name...
I wonder what % of EFC'ers get it
One here.
Weird. I've had the salted caramel in this cheap little mini-clearo the last 2 days and no problems at all
It's built in a similar way as the Nova is, but it's surviving just fine
That's great. Does it look something like this?

top coil T2 clearo? I have a bunch of those... all cleaned out and ready to go. Maybe if the juice isn't just sitting on the coils when not in use it works better? just a thought - I know.. dangerous when I have those.

It's actually a CE4. I was trying to figure out what Blurgas was using with Salted Caramel with no issues...something small built like a Vivi Nova. Any ideas?

I'm using my Nova for the salted caramel now. One weird thing I've noticed is the resistance of the atty going up slowly. Whether this is due to the coil getting gunked up or something else is beyond me. But I was able to vape salted caramel all day without burning out a coil...

Thanks for posting. I think you are correct...your coil is probabaly slowly accumulating gunk. It's good to know that you got through a whole day. Do you ever clean them, or do you just toss them?

I usually would just toss them, but if I'm going to keep vaping this stuff I don't know if I'll afford to be able to do that lol. I wish I knew how to re-coil them. I know it can't be hard but as stated before I'm not technically inclined

How long did you let it steep? I've had mine for 4 days and I am tasting a strong pecan more so than maple. I'm hoping that it will even out, and maybe become more sweet.

I had the exact opposite experience! Mine was just an overpowering sweet flavor out of the mail, no character at all, just sickeningly syrupy sweet with the faintest tinge of pecan. After a week with not much change I got impatient and just gave it more volts and it was really good at around 9.5 watts. I just passed the 3 week mark, back down to around my average 8 watts and it's perfect! The pecan is front and center with the sweetness from the maple accentuating it perfectly. If you can hold out 3 weeks and shake that sucker every day, it'll get to where (I think) it's supposed to be! Holding out is the trick... :D

If it's doing that over a day or two, it sounds like what happened with mine.
With other juices my Nova heads have been going for weeks

I use a vcore. No problems at all :)
I'm even going to start rebuilding the heads myself ( or try to)

Wishing I had read this thread before I placed my first order with MBV. I have 7 flavors coming, Banana, Ecto Cooler, Red White & blue, Key Lime, Mt Dew, Root Beer, and Pineapple Peach. I would have added a few more if I would have read this first, oh well gives me something to look forward to;)

What's a vcore? Can you post a link? I'm very curious...

It's also called a splitfire. It has 2 long wicks that goes into 4 holes. It's a top coil system. I started with these because a local company sells them. I tried to upload a link and a picture and they won't load from my phone :(
But anyways... I wash my heads ( actually boil them) once a week and have had no problems. They usually last around 2 weeks. I saw on YouTube where you can do it yourself for around 10 cents each. I got my wire in yesterday now just waiting to get my cotton twine and ill be good to go :)

You get a free sample with every purchase over $15 so now you have a reason to make another order :)

With regards to melting tanks, just after I received my first order from MBV, I saw the note "Don't use our citrus or cinnamon flavors with plastic tanks" and went "DOH!"

To combat the cracks, I ordered a number of SmokTech V2 510 Cartomizer Tanks and just some plain, frosted tanks themselves. Never a problem.

Also, in case anyone missed it, there is a special going on for the Kanger ProTank linked from Vapor Joe's. Not a huge discount, but since I'd been after them anyway I bought two and replacement heads.
