Tyler. Anyone mention steeping mbv' s liquid' s? Need help.
I just got 555 menthol and Stockhausen suggested by Jesse.
Nice guy

Steeping is always a good idea, a lot of their stuff is good right out of the mail but I haven't tried any of the tobacco flavors I would imaging they will get a lot better with some steeping.

I need to know how to steep first. Any suggestions? All welcome
There are three basic methods that I know of. Some have used the microwave, with varying success...but I've personally never tried it.
Traditional: Shake the bottles vigorously for a full minute. Remove the cap and dripper tops (keep track of them so that you can put them back on the correct bottle) and leave them open overnight. Replace the dripper tops and caps, shake, repeat. From the third day, you can just shake them a couple times per day.
Hot water steep: Boil water in a pan on the stove. Remove the pan from the stove and let the water cool for a few minutes (you don't want to melt the bottles). Put a rubber band around the bottles with the caps and dripper tops removed. Set the bottles in the hot water and leave them until the water reaches room temperature. Replace the dripper tops and caps and shake the bottles again. Some are able to vape at this point, some flavors may require further steeping.
Ultrasonic Cleaner steep: Put your bottles (with caps on) in the carrier or reservoir. Fill the reservoir with hot tap water. Run the UC for full cycles (most have timers that limit how long they can run) until the bottles have half an hour to a full hour of run time. Some will remove the caps and dripper tops overnight after the UC steep.
It's always a good idea to shake your juice bottles before dispensing the liquid into your delivery device. Good Luck!

Just got home from work. Lo and Behold! Package from MBV as well as my two Kanger ProTanks! I was starting to panic... Had gotten desperately low on cinnamon roll.

Just got my Kanger ProTanks today also. Let me know what you think. Liking mine so far but seems like a lot of air?

I've tried all of the steeping except the microwave. The us cleaner method is second best under natural steeping IMO. And I don't use hot water any more, just luke warm as the movement in the US cleaner seems to het it as it goes. Just seems the flavors blend a little better that way but that's just my tastes.

Totally loving it. I now have both that I bought set up on my eGos until my new toys arrive. Absolutely like night and day. Some have said it adds a lot of air to their vape, but I'm getting great flavor out of my Cinnamon Roll, fresh out of the bottle after just a few minutes shake. So much better than carto-tank (IMO).

Nice summary. The only thing I would add is to put your bottles in a ziplock bag rather than into the water directly to preserve your lables.

I'm using mine on an ego-c. What are the new toys? Thinking I might need a VV. I'm vaping some 555 mixed with a 'red and white' from my local b&m. Great flavor here also.

I've got an eGo pass through and eGo C Twist at the moment. Just got confirmation of an order shipping of a Tesla (and various other bits and bobs, some rebuildables, some aluminum Vivi Nova), and once I decide on another to toy with, probably a Vamo. I want to really tinker with the cheaper models before I go all out and get something more interesting like a Provari. Get to know rebuildables and the different wicking methods. But frankly, I'm so digging this ProTank, I may make these my standards and use the vivi on my eGo for when I travel.

EDIT: I'm still pretty new at all this stuff, so of course anything I say, take with a grain of salt. One down side of the ProTank is the drip tip. I'm not partial to the really hard metal, but it's not horrible, either.

Matt- I'm new at all this too. Have become a bit OCD reading these threads. I'm thinking I want to try to rebuild my coil/wicks but haven't done it yet. Just mastered the dry burn tho. I have a couple of vivi nova minis with metal tanks also. Also still using some vision clearomizers. I'm not getting the TH I want with some of my liquids and I'm thinking a VV may be my next step. Not sure about that tho. I'm definitely not saving $ vs analogs yet but this is much more fun and won't kill me:)
