What does salt water taffy taste like? I like vanilla salt water taffy, but this just says salt water taffy...

Ok, I am the worst at describing flavors - and I'm someone who spent summers going "down the shore" here in Jersey....(and to Cape Cod) so every summer included boxes of salt water taffy - I still know the white with a red stripe is peppermint (my fav), black stripe is licorice, all yellow is banana.... so, it tastes like the plain white ones in the box!! Does that help??

Seriously, though, it's creamy and sweet and tastes like regular taffy - I can't really imagine that vanilla taffy is all that different because this definitely has a vanilla undertone to it. It's not a strong vanilla - it almost has a buttercream/vanilla taste to me - but it's definitely a taffy flavor. See? I'm not really good at this!!

I'm going to give it another week, but I don't think I got my mix-your-own "peppermint taffy" exactly right - this is why I will never be a DIY'er!! Figuring out the right mix is hard. :) I'm so glad to have MBV to get it right for me!!

my butterscotch is YUM today.. been steeping a couple weeks and I just couldn't hold out any longer. It's no nic and I really want to pour it on some ice cream.. it's that good.

who was it that has the toasted marshmallow? How toasty is it? I'm still trying to create that after dinner pillow mint flavor and narrowing in some.. must go VERY light on the mints.. they really do overpower things.

Vanilla Butternut tastes exactly like butter pecan ice cream. Unfortunately for whatever was in that eVod I just dumped out, butter pecan is my favorite ice cream. Maple pecan just got trumped.

Peanut Butter is insanely delicious. But, Vanilla Butternut.

Mudslide is creamy chocolatey good. But, Vanilla Butternut.

So I think I'm going to scrap my list of the MBV juices I like, and just keep a list of the ones I don't instead. Save myself some time.

I want to try dripping out with my ego battery, if I grab one of these SmokTech Bridgeless Atomizer - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes and a drip tip would this be a good starting point?
It's a fine starting point...you might want to read up a little on dripping, at least for me, there was a bit of a learning curve. I like to keep some PG around in a dropper bottle and drip that between flavors (don't inhale). It can help clear out one flavor so that they don't mix. But, you might want to know what 2 flavors mixed might taste like (those you can drip in succession). Some very strong flavors are almost impossible to get out of an atty, or almost impossible for me, including menthol and coffee. [Menthol vaped with coffee, for me, is horrible:)] I would suggest getting more than one atty and perhaps more than one color of drip tip so that you can tell them apart if you run into that problem.

Got my order on Friday *happy dance*

I bought some high nic versions of my favorites, along with corresponding flavor concentrates and vg no-nic base. I've used this to dilute down and flavor up some root beer and cinnamon roll of indeterminate nic strength. Somewhere between 4 and 6 (and since I was already on 6, this is fine by me).

I also got extreme ice and cotton candy flavoring. Mixed 80% nicless base, 10% of each of those flavors, and yup: nearly blew my throat out :D I could up the cotton candy and lower the ice and still be happy with the hit of that no-nic vape. I tossed a few drops of cotton candy into cinnamon roll to up the sweetness just a touch.

For actual juice from my "to try" list, I got pineapple upside down cake and double apple; afternoon delight was my sample. The double apple is A.MAY.ZING to my taste buds. Sweet and tart and I can actually taste just a hint of bitterness from the peel on exhale. Seriously good and I already regret only getting 15mL of it. I bought it to mix with cinnamon roll to make apple fritter (which I will do), but this gets a clearo all to itself right now.

Pineapple upside down cake is steeping, but right now it's rather zingy from both the cherry and the pineapple. I can almost taste cake, but not quite. The pineapple is only slightly stronger than that, so it's mostly cherry at this point. Afternoon delight smells heavily of banana which made me almost not try it: I don't do banana scented or banana flavored anything because it's never like the real thing. Gave it a go, and there is definitely banana on the inhale but it's not nearly as heavy in taste as it is in scent. The coconut hits on the exhale. I don't get a lot of pineapple right now, but who knows where it'll be after a steep.

Mine has been steeping about a week, but I still get alternating primary pineapple, banana, and coconut flavors. Very odd experience!!

Grr. Argh. Gah!
Running low on juice, made order last week. USPS tracking originally said delivery today, but was supposedly delivered Saturday. I'd checked my mail after the tracking says it was delivered. Nothing.
Checked with landlord as the carrier has dropped stuff off in the office on occasion, nothing.
Banged my head against USPS's automated system trying to get ahold of a person to get it sorted, waiting to hear back

I am a sad panda :( And I really want to try the Hazelnut and Buttered Toffee I ordered
