Just received my second order today. Ordered and shipped on Friday arrival on Monday just insanely fast. Now I have to order whipped cream also I really do enjoy the juices that have a smooth creamy feel/taste to them. On a side note am I alone in no longer using tobacco flavors? I smoked 2.5 packs of Kools a day for almost 28 years and now the taste of any tobacco flavor is repugnant. Lastly if anyone would like to share your create your own blend ratios and flavors from MBV that really worked for you that would be great

Tobacco flavors are a thing of the past for me also. I do like some menthol with a fruit flavor once in a while

Me too! After vaping a peach/white out combo all day and evening yesterday, I vaped some RY4. It almost made me sick. I felt like it was stinking me and my house up so I poured it down the drain....yuk!! :p

I add 2 flavor shots to every 30ml, but 5 to the huge bottle.

FYI it shouldn't be necessary to add more flavor shots to the larger bottles. James or someone else from MBV confirmed that added flavor shots are proportional to bottle size so no need to add more flavor shots for a larger bottle than you would for a smaller.

The ice versions don't really taste like menthol to me they seem to just have a cooling effect on exhale, I am not sure if that is because of the 100%VG or my taste buds are returning. I do like the Creme De Menthe flavor still which is as close as I come to a tobacco flavor now.

Got my Hawk Sauce today!

First, I just want to say how unbelievably FAST that shipping was! I ordered this on Saturday in the wee morning hours and got it today!

So, I ordered the 236 ml. bottle and got a 15 ml. bottle of Almond Delight as a freebie. I don't know anything about it and their web site is down right now for maintenance so I can't go read any reviews on it there. Anybody with some insight on this flavor?

On to the Hawk Sauce....

I shook the bottle up and peeled off the foil from the bottle...the smell of fruitiness wafted up to me almost instantly - it reminded me of a berry-flavored chewing gum. I filled up a brand new MT3 clearo and let it soak the wicks for a few minutes, put it on my Vamo at 6.5 watts, gave it a few primer puffs and then pushed the button....wow! This is some really tasty juice! I get a mixed berry flavor with just a slight menthol cooling! It really reminds me of those fruit-mint breath mints, with less of the mint. Absolutely fabulous! I wonder how this is going to taste as it steeps in the days and weeks to come??

Sorry, Mowgli, you won't be getting any of this after all! ;)

I was going to do same thing but I am saving the Menthol I have now to give to new converts to vaping (nothing like a reformed smoker or drinker is there). I will have to re read your comments before my next order I really do want to try some coconut flavors but I am still feeling burned by watermelon disappointment from another vendor

Vape mail day!!! My juices came in a priority cardboard box, not a bag, hence the extra $3 on shipping I guess....which is fine. Everything intact and stored away with caps off! Solar Flare....out of the box....smartees on ice!! It's yummy....can't wait to taste this after a couple of weeks...if it lasts that long. Will be adding whipped cream to some other flavors later today. I'm stoked about that whipped cream!!

That solar flare won't last long. I haven't noticed a change in flavor in that after a week of steeping so vape away! Looking forward too to adding the whipped cream into other flavors (I have a 30ml bottle of pineapple peach that comes to mind).

White out is a mint flavor with just a hint of anise. It isn't a menthol but pairs up very nicely with fruits. I have yet to try a coconut, outside of any that may be in my Ocean Breeze, but have been thinking of ordering Coconut Cream Pie. It sounds so good!!

there's some on ebay. the most important thing to check is how long the timer can go for. most of them out there have a 3 minute timer, which means you'd have to go back and forth 20 times per hour, which is a pain in the ..... mine was only about $30 and has a 15 min timer. 4 times an hour isn't a big problem for me. Once you start getting into ones with 30+ min timers I haven't seen them for any cheaper than about $80ish dollars

I'm planning to buy one of the more expensive units sometime soon as the budget allows, but for now, while I'm still using my smaller jewelry UC with the 3 minute timer, I've wrapped a stretchy bracelet around the lid where the on and off buttons are so that the metal piece of the bracelet sits on the On button and keeps the timer from shutting off automatically. Works out really well so I can keep it running for as long as I want, though I usually check on it after about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and let it cool a bit so it doesn't overheat, especially since these smaller units weren't necessarily meant to run that long. I've heard you should be able to accomplish a similar thing with an elastic band or hair tie, just keep the On button pressed down and it won't shut off automatically. A neat score I learned from someone (Mowgli maybe?) over in one of the Ultrasonic Steeping threads. :thumb:

The mint/menthol was a bit too much for me, but it has been neglected, though shaken, since 5/28 on my shelf, and it has gotten much better. Menthol has mellowed out and the berries have come through. Steeping made a big improvement for me - a better balance. It packs a nice punch, too. Can't all day vape this, though.

I don't know anything about these US units. Do the juice bottles actually sit in water? Probably a stupid question, but I'm just wondering about how these work and if it's really worth it to pick one up. I'm just steeping the old fashioned way....shake, hide and wait...ha!!

these do sit in water. I have used the bottles as shipped (usually when I have small bottles to sample) right in mine and not had any issues. some people say the UCs with heaters built in may have problems with plastic getting overheated. Most people who deal with UCs professionally say you should put any plastic in that isn't high temp rated, also that the plastic can dull the effect of the UC. I actually bought a bunch of glass dropper bottles for all my ejuice anyway. I generally don't like plastic and avoid it where I can.

I get my bottles here.

edit: for me, it's definitely worth it. I am terribly impatient. if I had to wait 2 weeks to use something I get in the mail 2 days after order, I'd go out of my mind, haha. The general consensus for most who use the UCs is that 1 hour in the UC = about 1 week of steeping.

edit again: I tend to UC-steep with the caps off (to let any alcohol evaporate out), with the water filled up to the same level the juice is in the bottles. I sometimes shake between rounds (my UC has a 15 min timer)

They are worth it in my opinion, and can really cut steeping times. I just put hot tap water in mine, it's stays very warm throughout the process. I've only had one set of labels run. I can still read them, but wrote over them with an ink pen. If you are concerned about the printing running on the bottles, you can put them in a small plastic bag to protect the labels. I take my caps off as well, but I put a rubber band around the bottles so that there is no chance that they can tip over (the bottles then act as a mass with a stable base).

Thanks for the info. I guess glass bottles would be best. I worry about heated plastic too and the labels would be ruined in the water. I'll probably wait a bit as I'm spending so much on vape equipment and juice. I haven't gone over my break even amount yet but I'm working on it...just ask my spouse!!

Had an informal and impromptu "vape meet" at my sister's house yesterday with her and my mom, both of whom I've converted over to vaping. w00t w00t! Though mom still does a couple analgos a day since she's been smoking since the dark ages  but in less than a week of vaping, she's already cut her analog intake in half so that's an awesome start!

Anyhoo, I didn't bring all my gear over, just a couple VV batteries (left the Sigelei at home), my 2 Volt minis, 5 tanks, and about 10 cartos filled with various juices. We sat around the kitchen table passing flavors around, and I taught them a few more tips and tricks about filling cartos and clearos, explained about vapor tongue and drinking plenty of water, etc. We even put together an MBV order that my mom's paying for (especially since I've been supplying them with all kinds of extras and stuff to try out of my own pocket so far), plus a few things at Fasttech. Was trying to finish up the MBV order today but now the website's down for maintenance. *pout*

I'll be ordering a 50ml size of the WHIPPED CREAM for this order as soon as the site's back up. But since I have to wait anyway, thought I'd throw out this question for those of you loving on the stuff... How many flavor shots are you doing in the Whipped Cream, and/or what would you recommend for a 65/35 6mg blend?

(I recall Opal's answer of 0 shots from before, and I think someone else with +2 but hadn't yet fully steeped so I thought I'd throw this out there again since many more people have received this flavor since then.)

When I use the UC on the plastic bottles (I only tend to do that on the 15mls I'm sampling), the labels get very wet and loose, but I just pat them dry after and they hold up fine, dry fast and the ink doesn't run.

Good for you!! I convert people too, as many as I can :thumb:

I ordered Whipped Cream with no shots, and it works for me (12 mg 50/50). I'm sure others will chime in as well.
