I haven't tried my Whipped Cream yet but mine is 6mg., 50/50, 30ml, 2 FS. I will report on that later tonight and I'm sure it will be fabulous!! But for now I have another flavor report. Cucumber Mint.....which sounded summery and refreshing. I added 1 FS and it's 12mg @ 50/50, 30ml. This one has steeped for one week and is very mild. Since I'm using a clearo it's a warm vape which I think would benefit from a BCC to cool it down. Cucumber is kind of strange warm. I did add a drop of sweetener to the clearo just because I'm a sweet freak. I would advise anyone to keep a bottle of sweetener around if you roll that way. It can perk up a muted juice. More to come...stay tuned....can you tell I don't work??? I am a serial poster here!! :D

They are worth it in my opinion, and can really cut steeping times. I just put hot tap water in mine, it's stays very warm throughout the process. I've only had one set of labels run. I can still read them, but wrote over them with an ink pen. If you are concerned about the printing running on the bottles, you can put them in a small plastic bag to protect the labels. I take my caps off as well, but I put a rubber band around the bottles so that there is no chance that they can tip over (the bottles then act as a mass with a stable base).

Thanks for the info. I guess glass bottles would be best. I worry about heated plastic too and the labels would be ruined in the water. I'll probably wait a bit as I'm spending so much on vape equipment and juice. I haven't gone over my break even amount yet but I'm working on it...just ask my spouse!!

When I use the UC on the plastic bottles (I only tend to do that on the 15mls I'm sampling), the labels get very wet and loose, but I just pat them dry after and they hold up fine, dry fast and the ink doesn't run.

Popular opinion says juices steep significantly better in glass than plastic.
Survey says plastic bags will prevent the US waves from working efficently.

The MBV labels peel off the plastic bottles without harm if you do it carefully.
I peel mine off and stick them on my glass dropper bottles.
They will not peel off the glass bottles though.

You could pour the juice into glass to steep then pour them back into the plastic ones.
Use color matched rubber bands to identify your juices.
I keep all my juice in glass for long term.
I just use plastic for testing and selling/PIF.

The MBV labels will run and get wrecked in water.
I use 3M Post-it brand 1" x 2-3/4" labels for my own concoctions.
They need some tape to keep them stuck well because they're old (1990 on the copyright line).

On Topic Content -
I'm currently vaping MBV USA Blend that's steeped for a month + significant UC time.
Not a tobacco fan (go figure) but this stuff is pretty tasty with some sweet notes :)

20PG/80VG + 2 shots for my Whipped Cream, please. It absolutely, positively requires steeping with that mix, but when it's ready (couple of weeks or 2 hours in the UC) it's amazing. The higher VG and extra vapor contribute a lot to the "mouth feel" that I enjoy so much with this flavor. Vaped on its own, it's almost as satisfying as sucking on a can of Reddi Whip. I also like to use it between flavors when I'm dripping instead of plain VG.

Might I ask what is in Ride the Tiger? Ive beginning to experiment with the create your own my self but can't really figure out what would taste good together. Im mainly into the fruity flavors.

Ride the Tiger is my take on a Tiger Blood snow cone. Watermelon, strawberry, and coconut and I add just a bit of cream to it.

And sometimes I'll swap the bit of cream for a bit of menthol.

I don't know anything about these US units. Do the juice bottles actually sit in water? Probably a stupid question, but I'm just wondering about how these work and if it's really worth it to pick one up. I'm just steeping the old fashioned way....shake, hide and wait...ha!!

these do sit in water. I have used the bottles as shipped (usually when I have small bottles to sample) right in mine and not had any issues. some people say the UCs with heaters built in may have problems with plastic getting overheated. Most people who deal with UCs professionally say you should put any plastic in that isn't high temp rated, also that the plastic can dull the effect of the UC. I actually bought a bunch of glass dropper bottles for all my ejuice anyway. I generally don't like plastic and avoid it where I can.

I get my bottles here.

edit: for me, it's definitely worth it. I am terribly impatient. if I had to wait 2 weeks to use something I get in the mail 2 days after order, I'd go out of my mind, haha. The general consensus for most who use the UCs is that 1 hour in the UC = about 1 week of steeping.

edit again: I tend to UC-steep with the caps off (to let any alcohol evaporate out), with the water filled up to the same level the juice is in the bottles. I sometimes shake between rounds (my UC has a 15 min timer)

Thanks for the additional tips you guys. I never tried doing the ultrasonic steep with the caps off. I usually do the caps off for 24 hours prior to any UC steeping though so perhaps it's not necessary if I do that first. Any advantage to having the caps off during the UC steeping vs not, maybe it keeps too much heat or air from building up inside the bottles?

I've been putting all mine in a plastic ziplock baggie before placing in the UC just to avoid any ink running on the labels, especially since the MBV ones look like they may be printed on an inkjet or laserjet printer instead of a more expensive commercial printer with glossy labels and the like. But if you guys haven't experienced ink running on your MBV labels, then perhaps it's not necessary and I won't do that next time, especially since as was already mentioned, the more plastic you have going on in there, the more it interferes with the process, thus requiring even longer UC run times. I'd just sorta adapted some of my habits with mailing labels over to the UC steeping process since whenever I print mailing labels on my inkjet printer, I always put clear plastic shipping tape across the labels when placed on the package (even though they're self-stick) simply because I was concerned about the address possibly becoming illegible if it were to get wet. *shrug*

PS there's several threads related to UC steeping in ECF's DIY Forum. I think we may have linked up to them earlier so I won't bother to go looking them up again, but if we didn't, or you can't find them and are interested, just shout out and one of us UC'ers ;) will gladly post 'em.

PPS - WHOOPS! looks like you guys already addressed some of what I wrote here in the last 20 minutes or so while I was multi-tasking and composing this post. Bunch of chatterboxes today, aren't we?? ;)

Another vape mail day, new 3 flavors from MBV

    Dutch Apple Crumble
    Peach Rings
    Strawberry Shortcake

All 3 was pretty good straight away, as with most MBV juices, little bit of perfume with them before steeping, sure they are only going to get better with steeping, was going to do a fast steep on them, but as all vapable now, just going to leave the caps off, apple crumble is the best, followed by strawberry shortcake, with both the fruit is not really strong, get more of the crumble and shortcake, but that may change with steeping.

I gotta say MBV is simply the best! I have only been ordering 15ml so far to find out what I want to get in larger sizes (shout out to Strawberry Shortcake, Ecto Cooler, & Double Apple) My only question is...are their flavor shots proportional to the bottle size or just a generic shot size? I got 2 shots in the Ecto and Strawberry SC but do I need to get 4 if I get 30ml?

Placed an order on saturday got my mail today...I am so thrilled with what I received! I tried Cinnamon Roll, Graham Cracker, Caramel Candy all are absolutely excellent! Ordered Pear and Cotton Candy but they need to steep...my freebie was Almond Delight, it has potential to be good but has a plasticy taste to me so its steeping too. I am giddy the others were so good I think I found some new all day vapes! :)

How long did you steep your strawberry shortcake? I've had mine steeping for just a week and it's calling my name....."roonies....roonies....roonies......"

So in case anyone is interested I just talked to one of their guys on chat and flavor shot is in fact proportional. It may have been a silly question but I was going for 50ml and wanted to make sure it had the kick.

    Tucson, it's a dry heat
Yay - just in time for me coming home from a monster training session (and 4 more days to do, ugh.) I've got an order from MBV sitting in the cart, waiting, waiting for me to hit checkout!

In the meantime, got some real Boba's today. It's, ok, not earth-shattering. I hate to say this (my only point of reference) it's like Dorky stud, only with more chocolate and maybe raisin. And a cleaner vape. But MUCH harder to get!

Today in training, we had one of those dumb "icebreakers" (hate those) where we had to introduce ourselves and talk about what we're "into". Everybody talked about teaching, their family, their pets, yada yada. I held up my eVic (leopard-print of course) and said, "this has been my summer obsession since I quit smoking 6 weeks ago." To which, the instructor replied, "my 13 year old has one of those." Uh yeah, RIGHT. Tool!

    WEBSITE BACK UP!!! :headbang:

I have come across a problem with MBV, them free samples are really cool, and they work good for MBV, I got the strawberry shortcake for our sample, me and the wife can't stop vaping it, this was going to be our last order for a month, but now going to have to place another order, so can get a bigger bottle of strawberry shortcake, that stuff is the bomb :vapor:

We always order over $15, so now going to be another free sample, just hope it isn't as good as strawberry shortcake, or might never stop ordering
