I understand that. but here is the thing. if you were making juices and I came up to you and said that your pink lemonade tastes just like eating lemon rinds, would you just ignore me with out doing anything or advising to try something else to add to it? that is my point
Live chat. talked to chad. all he said was give it away or throw it away. that's not good CS
I'm sorry, but they're not ignoring the problem. First you said they were ignoring you, but then, you said that you talked to them. So that confused me a little. Not sure what you meant by ignore.
It's like if I go to a bakery, order a cookie, and then decide that it doesn't taste like I thought it would. I'm not going to walk into the store and demand a refund. Tastes are subjective. I've ordered a lot of flavors that I'll never order again.
You like other flavors from them as you've said here, and other people like the pink lemonade flavor on the website based on the reviews. I ordered from them, and I've liked most. The butter rum tasted like I was vaping straight butter, so I just won't order it again, but other people like it. I can't expect a company to cater just to my taste. Maybe MBV just isn't for you, there are always other eliquids you can try from there or other websites if you're not happy. If you look at the reviews for pink lemonade vs. lemonade, some say that the regular lemonade is more mild, so perhaps that might be more your taste. If you order again and get the caramel apple, red hot, and whatever else and your order is over $15, you could request lemonade as your sample to see if you like it.
