I understand that. but here is the thing. if you were making juices and I came up to you and said that your pink lemonade tastes just like eating lemon rinds, would you just ignore me with out doing anything or advising to try something else to add to it? that is my point

How did you contact them? This sounds rather uncharacteristic, from my own experiences, and experiences that others have reported.

Also, did you order extra flavor?

I found MBV when I was looking for Jackfruit and ordered it knowing what I expected it to taste like. After 2 months it still tastes like the rubber insoles in my shoes but I'm sure there is someone who loves it or they would stop selling it. I didn't make me want to stop buying MBV because everything else, for the most part, I love. I don't know how many times I have read this but, taste is subjective.

I can certainly do that. I ordered my AiV the day before my first MBV order last week. So far I have received three orders from MBV with number four confirmed shipped yesterday and my AiV still hasn't shipped.

MBV is crazy fast! However AIV Clearly states on their site that "All orders shipping within 10-12 business days." Seems like an excessively long time but I put an order in last week and it shipped 5 days later.

no the caramel apple is good esp out of the mail box. my go to flavor is cinnamon red hot and when I used the caramel apple there was still a hint of the red hot. and that was amazing. so I have been adding red hot to the caramel apple and can't leave it alone. I got the pink lemonade for the wife and she actually gaged from it. and now I know why. so I went to my local B&M and got her some strawberry kiwi. but like I said im disappointed at the pink lemonade and that MBV wont do anything about it. so IDK

I suppose it depends on the situation at hand but MBV fixed my one issue immediately. I guess they can't go around refunding everyone that doesn't like a particular flavor they ordered and that is understandable.

Typically if I want to try a new flavor I just put it in the request box for my free sample, they will do a flavor/ nic level that you request most times. Heck one time I put in a flavor and they adjusted the ratio and nic level to match the rest of my order without me even asking.

No offense, but if they replaced every juice customers didn't like, they would either be a lot more expensive or out of business, I've had a few I don't like, they are not that expensive, lesson learned, don't order it again and move on to the next, you can't expect juice companies to replace a juice because you don't like, doesn't matter what you think it tastes like, also juices tastes change with steeping.

Agreed. I mean, how many other taste-based products have you tried to get replace/refunded/whatever because you didn't like the flavor?

Sorry, grocery store, I tried out prunes and am not a fan. Think you can give me some grapes as a replacement?

Live chat. talked to chad. all he said was give it away or throw it away. that's not good CS

I'm sorry, but they're not ignoring the problem. First you said they were ignoring you, but then, you said that you talked to them. So that confused me a little. Not sure what you meant by ignore.

It's like if I go to a bakery, order a cookie, and then decide that it doesn't taste like I thought it would. I'm not going to walk into the store and demand a refund. Tastes are subjective. I've ordered a lot of flavors that I'll never order again.

You like other flavors from them as you've said here, and other people like the pink lemonade flavor on the website based on the reviews. I ordered from them, and I've liked most. The butter rum tasted like I was vaping straight butter, so I just won't order it again, but other people like it. I can't expect a company to cater just to my taste. Maybe MBV just isn't for you, there are always other eliquids you can try from there or other websites if you're not happy. If you look at the reviews for pink lemonade vs. lemonade, some say that the regular lemonade is more mild, so perhaps that might be more your taste. If you order again and get the caramel apple, red hot, and whatever else and your order is over $15, you could request lemonade as your sample to see if you like it.

Wow. Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of a tasting bar? Personally, I noticed very little difference in the B&M shop juices I bought between the testing bar (0 nic) and the actual product (at 1.8%). I think I'd be leery buying something from a B&M if I knew the juice was going to taste DIFFERENT than the sample they offered.

(on topic: order in MBV cart, almost $60. Waiting for tomorrow's coupon code. This is going to be the last order of pretty much anything vape-related I get to make until we figure out our living situation, so I want to make it a damn good one.)

Just remember to keep it over 50 dollars after the discount. That way you get free shipping! I wonder how much the discount is going to be?

Yea I knew it would take longer but hoped I would have gotten shipping confirmation by now. I'm not upset by it. I have plenty of MBV goodness to meet my vaping needs. I couldn't resist trying the strawberry shortcake. Filled a t3s a third of the way in case it wasn't good straight from the mail. I could have filled it to the brim. Vaping deliciousness

As a cinnamon red hot lover myself I will have to say that unless you stop vaping the CRH for a few days you will not like anything else...IMHO and experience. I swear that stuff burns your taste buds off....but I still vape it alot

Ok so I got my shipment from MBV... the pink lemonade is good. it kicks ya in the throat when you exhale.. that is really strong lemon... :) and the carmel apple is awesome. I couldn't let it steep it was just as good out of the mail. what other juices does everyone like.

This is confusing me. Is it good or is it bad?
