So I just started rebuilding and have pretty much been having between 1.8 and 3 ohm builds on a mech with a kick and wanted to move to a low res build... So far I have been checking my res on my vamo but wanted to get a multimeter for the lower ohm checking...

I have checked YouTube but seem to only be getting ppl checking cartomizers and was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a good inexpensive multimeter and how to check ohms on an rba/rda...

P.s... I see a lot of ppl using the "ohm checkers" but they are impossible to find

Welcome , and you can buy them pretty much anywhere , Home Depot , Walmart , etc . But if your planning on keeping your Vamo , no reason to bother with the multi-meter . Although there are lots of things you can check with them , and they are fairly cheap . Just turn the device to Ohms , at the lowest setting , and touch the red lead to the positve side of your coil , and the black to the negative side . while checking ohm;s the color you use , really doesn;t matter , but you may as well get into the habit . As far as sub ohm coils are concerned . If you use a 28 gauge Kanthal , with a 3/4 wrap , it should come out to about .08 , or .09 ohms That seems to work pretty good on a 3.7 volt mech mod . Good Luck
