Here is a taste of what I love...

YouTube - String Cheese Incident on Austin City Limits

These guys are some friends of mine, and a mix of 3 different bands (includes members of New Monsoon, String Cheese Incident and Railroad Earth)

YouTube - The Contribution - Year of Jubilee

This is in my back yard, we have a small shack in back that has been host to many bands over the last 7 years, used to be called the Jellyphish Lounge, now known as Club Dub Dub...

YouTube - EOTO @ Club Dub Dub (live)

Here is my current band Moonshine Summit (sorry this was not our best performance, andthe sound quality is not that great. We had a friend in the audience with a little cell phone cam and this is the only thing we have up on youtube at the moment.) I am on guitar, my boyfriend Kirk is on banjo...

LOL It's amazing how everything can change in such a short time. You took your son to see all those shows!?!?!?!? That's incredible!! You are the coolest dad! My dad rocks out to music like Patsy Clyne! Well he is probably old enough to be your old man though. I have 4 half sisters that are in their late 30's to mid 40's. He is pushing 74 this year 8-o

I can't keep up with you and shows Thye! Jeez, I did NOT see that many coming! As I kept reading my jaw kept sinking lower and lower. Your a rocker on a whole new level and probably the only person that I ever met to see so many shows! Breaking ben, family values, disturbed, deftones! Now I'm crossing my legs in embarrassment LOL
I went to Ozzfest in 06 and seen Disturbed, System of a Down, DragonforCE, Avenged Sevenfold, Lacuna Coil, All That Remains, Strapping Young Lad, Ozzy Osbourne, Black Label Society. Then on to Warped tour in 07. You can imagine the list for that :D Went to see Whatever the ICP show was..gathering?? It was like camping for a week and just rocking out really. Other than that I seen Pantera, Blink, lots local bands and I'm SURE theres alot I'm forgetting! huh huh shows were fun

Yeah life will definitely sneak up on you that's for sure lol

My dad(I can never remember his age but I know he is pushing 60 lol) likes Patsy and a lot of the older country stuff as well like Willie, Johnny, Waylon, Kris and all them and can't stand rock music at all but surprisingly a couple years ago he decided he really likes Kid Rock too lol

Luckily with all those shows that I took my son to I didn't really have to "suffer" through them since I introduced him to about half those bands because I listen to them myself ;)

And regardless of the list I'm now jealous of you because we had planned to go to Ozzfest in Buffalo in 06 but didn't end up making it and of course who wouldn't want to see Pantera too?

I tell ya one show I'll always regret not making it to, and yes I know it isn't music but talking about this makes me think of it, is George Carlin. He was here locally a couple years ago and I had always wanted to see him live but was so busy with work that I decided I'd catch him next time around ........

And back to the music...... another band I still want to see live one of these days...

I actually got to see George Carlin on a visit to Vegas quite a few years back. I always told my ole man how I just loved how he could tell the truth in a way that people would laugh. If the same things were said at a DC meeting the world would have a *explicit* fit. Anywho-Mr Carlin was doing a show, unknown to me, while we were there and we got tickets. The only comedian my better half has ever seen and we both howled all night. It was one of the best surprises I have had. I was gonna post a vid but, we all know Mr. Carlin always told it like it was-I MISS GEORGE CARLIN, He was and is my idol. Thy-you got me going. LOL

Oh man, it's getting hard to keep up.
Pegboy and Naked raygun were just awesome. Definitely dig the bluesy of Treat her right. Effigies has that original 89' Offspring feel to it. i think you'll like it Slighter. YouTube - The Offspring - Beheaded - The Offspring

Sorry Thye, The breeders are and always be a good band, Divine hammer was great.
Here's always a nice trip down memory lane. Unplugged always sounds so good.
