yeah i am only a month and a half in i skipped past the cig-alikes wish i did with the ego and protank too thats what im currently vaping.but i dont see a point in spending so much on my juice to put it in lesser device ya know.

I've been vapin for 2yrs (off analogs) and my first year was a cigalike. I then moved to egos for about 2 months then full speed ahead into mechs.

I like my mutant. (clone) I think it's very well built, I like the switch, I like the clean looks, etc. I'm just not sure if I actually like the 26650 in general. I use it at home from time to time, but it doesn't leave the house much...

I like the 26650 but i'm not so sure I like any 26650 attys at the moment.

One thing that I have noticed and read is the 26650 attys mute flavors more I get better flavor from smaller attys on it. Also I use mine for home and driving. It's nice and big and can hold more juice.

I don't have a lot of experience with them, but I would tend to agree. If you just scale up the original design there is no compensation for all of the extra space. I would imagine we will be seeing some designed for 26650 attys in the future.

I've been interested in more info on these too. So far, all I've learned is that some come with the eyes drilled out & some don't.
Lg attys? I hope the plume veil releases a 26650! I think that would be a nice one in that size.

The full copper one is the only one I've seen with the eyes drilled out. It's a nice Mod for sure. Just be prepared to be let down on the Attys. My opinion of course and I haven't tried them all but the TOBH sucks in 26650. No taste and no more vapor than a reg TOBH. I built it at .5 dual micro with 28g & tried all kinds of wicking options.

Dripping is pretty much me 24/7. I just can't go back to anything else due to lack of airflow.

Addictive hobby for sure.

Try the Fogger V4. I'm an ex-hookah smoker (not cigs) so open air flow is pretty important to me... Used to having a giant hose to suck through that has minimal resistance :p Even with my hookah I had the wide stem / wide hose. The Fogger V4 is the only tank atty I can use without having to drill anything out and risk messing something up.

Can't compare my 101vape 29.5 dripper (Hades clone) to its mini brother for flavor, but in the 26650 form I DO like being able to put about a ML in there at a time, so there's something to be said for a bigger dripper. :) That said, I think the flavor and vapor is great with a simple dual coil.

Have you tried the Magma or Origen V2? Both hold ~ 1ml of juice, heard great things about the Magmas flavor as well... Waiting on mine from Fasttech, ordered 7-8 weeks ago =/

Havent got a hold of them yet, but am considering them when they hit the US in the 26650 form. in the 18650 form, I'm happy with my RTAs, so dripping would be an unnecessary nuisance. I also hear the Magma can get a tad leaky with the airholes under the coils.

does anyone know about venting issues with the authentic mutant? i hear the clone comes with two vent holes on the eye holes of the engraving but then i hear the real deal doesn't come with any ventilation of any sort should this concern me considering it is a mod?

Mine is a clone as is the other members mod posted in this thread neither have holes in the eyes. I honestly only saw that is the full copper clone.

I like the eyes drilled out & wish all versions came that way.
The PlumeVeil is different from the other attys. It has adjustable dome, air flow from every direction, plus something else. Check out the reviews on the regular one, I bet you too will find yourself hoping for the 29mm version. :)
I finally did get a huge tobh for my old BAM, but haven't set it up yet because in my haste, I didn't notice it was a quad coil (5 screw) setup instead of the 3 prong I wanted. But, I'll hang onto it for the extra screws and o-rings, cap, DT, etc for when I do get the 3 prong. That's a bummer that it's not producing flavor, I am a flavor chaser more than cloud chaser, and hoped it would suit. Right now, I'm just excited to see large prongs, holes, decks, for easier building.

I don't remember to be honest. Probably a clone, but which one, I don't remember. There are so many "companies" & reviewers out there now days, I can't keep up. You'll have to visit YT & view all the vids on it. My bandwidth is already on overages for the month. :(
