1.2 would be about as low as you can go on the MVP. Since the MVP is limited to 11 watts, at a 1.2 ohm load you'd be limited to about 3.6v. Just start low and work your way up till you get what you want. Also the lower the ohms the more load it puts on the battery causing it to drain faster. With my MVP I usually stick around 1.8-2.2 ohm coils.

No, your MVP2 won't fire below 1.2 or 1.3, I can't remember which.

The max wattage is subjective really. You'll need to play around with it. BUT... you're probably looking at around 9 watts max on factory made coils. I would start about 7 watts and gradually increase it until you find your sweet spot or you start getting burnt hits, whichever comes first.

I have used my MVP2 with a .9 to 1.0 Ohm coil on my RSST and for me it worked fine. It produced more than enough flavor and vapor production was spot on.

I like to leave a little leeway on my coils which is why I don't do a .8 coil as my MVP2 might start reading it at .7 and not fire so leaving .1 or .2 Ohms leeway means my MVP2 can be off on it's resistance reading and I can still vape on it.

I think it's all a personal thing though whether or not you find that the liquid you are using is adequate to use it with a 1.0 or less Ohm coil and still produce the flavor and vapor output that you want with the limitations of how much power it can output at the lower Ohm resistance coils.

if i set the wattage setting on my mvp to 9-10 watts would this be ok to vape on using the kanger prebuilt 1.2 ohm dual coil?

Yes. It *should* be fine. But to me on the prebuilt coils, it's not so much if it's "okay" but rather if you get the desired flavor and vapor output that satisfies you.

With that said, I've yet to own either a KangerTech or an Aspire tank that I can consistently vape on at 10 watts or higher. Their coils simply don't wick up the e-liquid fast enough for how *I* personally vape so after the 2nd or 3rd hit at 10 to 11 watts they start to taste like what you might expect dirty wet carpets to taste like YUCK! A shorter inhaled vape though at 10+ watts usually yields okay results where as a long 8 to 10 second inhale produces that dirty wet carpet taste, but I personally like to vape about 3 to 5 hits almost like chain smoking and then I don't touch it again for a few minutes to let it wick up more liquid and have found it's best *for me* at no higher than 9 watts with the e-liquids that I like to vape on.

So, anyway, yes, vaping on 9 to 10 watts with a prebuilt kangertech 1.2 ohm coil shouldn't cause you issues on your MVP 2 it's protected to not allow you to vape a too low of resistance coil and the manufacturer obviously deems it safe enough to use at 11 watts.
