Just a little something Ive noticed over my vaping career The most admit Provari haters usually end up being the biggest Provari fans eventually. Scoff if you must but Ive seen it over and over again.

You know what. I am not a Provari hater though I have been accused of it by various Provarinati.

Provari simply does not offer what I have discovered I want in a device. Simply put I am one of those that prefers a bottom feeder + RDA.

There is room in vaping for all preferences. Some its a Provari, Some its a MVP and some like me its a REO. :)

To the OP:
Get your dad a MVP and you take the Provari :)

I don't believe this for a second.

This requires 'belief'? Seems to me the easiest thing to do is to find out. It's like insisting there's a monster on the other side of the door, and REFUSING TO OPEN THE DOOR. Why believe or disbelieve something you can test almost immediately, simply by swapping your own tank from one to the other. Go to a vape shop and BORROW a Provari for 1 minute from someone. Why believe when you can KNOW?

My dad is over 70 and yea he just started Vaping. But he did change his mind about trading, Not sure if he had second thoughts on his own or maybe the look on my face when I said ".... I'll Give you My MVP for your ProVari, the Hell with your Friend"

Just buy him a MVP too... everyone needs a backup:).

There's no way it's possible. They both perform so similarly. What you probably experienced is different airflow due to the different top caps on each device. I'm sorry, but it's just not possible to get that big of a difference from 2 APV's that perform similarly.

The form factor of the MVP is very nice for some of us who prefer "box mod". They just seem to fit the hand comfortably, easy thumb button control, size of a pack of smokes or smaller, familiar size and shape...:2cool:

We can leave the women's bedroom pleasers to the rest of you....:laugh::laugh:

How far down can you go with a Provari? I didn't know they were water resistant!

best regards, larry mac

Here we go with the 'belief' again. Why can't you find out? This is like sticking your fingers in your ears and shouting "LA LA LA LA!!!" ?

'Had' both? Pix or it never happened:).

I'm pretty frugal too... but I recognize the difference between hamburger and filet mignon, and sometimes I want one, sometimes the other. And some people hate one or the other. But to say they are the same thing? I don't think so.

Yeah I vape my 510s now. Simplicity is the best thing for me.

I have had the popular "shiny stuff", Provari mini and full size, REO, MVPs, mechanicals. Sold it all on the classifieds to members here on ECF.

Full circle I guess, I want my vape simple, reliable, and small. :vapor:

If I had to choose and do it all over again, it would go REO > MVP > Provari.

Provari users seem to go through life looking down on all vapers who don't own a Provari and wondering how this can be so. Non Provari users seem to go through life without giving Provari's a second's thought.

I wonder who has the better deal here :)

Do you think the Provari users are going to look down their nose at me because after six months of trying almost every 9.2mm device I would find I decided I like the VL4 Titan the best? A some might but I don't think as a group they will. Someone will tell me to get a manual, I will yell I have a manual at home. There would probably be a handful of people that use all forms of devices point at the poor dumb slob with the cigalke. I will then say follow me and be prepared to burn burn a few thousand calories. I bet about close to the same number of Vamo users will look down their nose at me for having cigalikes in my pocket as Provari users.

I bet someone if they saw the automatic cigalikes in my pocket will tell me to get (Some nameless device) and call me a noob. I don't think most will care one way or the other. Someone might say get an eRoll and I will reply I have four of them and I want to beat them with a hammer and throw them in a fire. I am fine with others liking them but I have pure hatred for the four of mine.

Would you look down at me if I could get the middle sized device I think I would want? It would be fixed voltage (oh nooooo, it does not have any features) I don't want the length of the VV, or VW in there. Someone will yell at me to get a twist. I would want it to have a high drain battery (Twists don't have that). It would be no more than 5.75 inches long including delivery system but would be happier at 5 inches. It would be no more than 14 mm in diameter. I would love for it to have a single set boost in it to maybe 4.5v. I would want it to be snag free and be an automatic. I would be happy if it had a Smileomizer on it. Most will not understand why I want it to this specs but it does not matter. I don't think the Provians will tell me to turn in my Provari over this. I think more will yell at me to get a twist.

Holy freaking cow what a post!
I love my mvp2.
Love my vv3

No way in hell im buying a provari.
Id probably lose it. Or drop it in the sink or something.

And it rolls. Im tired of my crap egos rolling.

Mvp2 has all i need.

If you have a provari, i dont hate on that.

But i do feel like a lot of provari users feel the need to justify the money spent on it.

Whatever floats your boat. What i know is $40 for mvp2 and $25 for vv3 im adding one more of each and will only have to charge batteries one day a week for the price of one provari.

And if i lose one, misplace one, leave it at my moms, ill still have 3 devices to vape.

What didn't you like about the Reo? I don't have one of those yet, and I've never seen anyone complain about them... aren't they pretty simple?

I am fine with what every you want for yourself as long as you don't run down the path I have taken. Mine was bumpy and there are tons of items I will never use here. I don't mind you like the VV3, I happened to most likely be done with Clearos for good.

I don't think my sense of taste lies. Will a machine tell you if your ice cream tastes good to you:)?

So it's just completely anecdotal? There's absolutely no logical reasoning to back your claim. Sorry. I just don't believe you. I don't think you're lying or anything. It's probably just a placebo effect because you really want to believe it. If we were talking about toppers, maybe. We're talking about batteries. MVPs are nearly as exact in VV mode and work on the same frequency. Perhaps it's an airflow issue that you were misunderstanding due to the length of the 510 connections.
