MVP 2 help

[Silent Solution]

Tonight I was chilling and my MVP 2 dropped with a Trophy tank on it. Part of the tank broke off and I can only fit certain tanks on my MVP. I dont want to mutilate it and I am kind of new so I dont want to pull some something off that doesnt need pulling. Any help ? I love this mod and like changing tanks on it. I have tried tweezers and they wont pull the threading out. Anyone have anything similar happen on their mods?

I have A few pics but i dont think they would help. The old base is screwed on and I have tried all pliers. the old base is still threaded on it. Oh well. I will just use tanks that will fit. Thanks though!

Look up "easy out tool" it's designed to remove threaded fasteners that are broken off to the point you can't grab it with pliers

Also this is of course a very last resort... With the mod up right on a hard flat surface try hitting the base with a hammer.. Not to hard but with some Authority and straight down on the top of the base, Doing this will compress the threads and allow for easy removal.

I have looked up the tool and see a variety of different kinds. Any help on which one to pick? They have tons on Amazon. And thanks a ton!!!

You sheared off the 510 connector inside the head, the ones that fit are more than likely screwing down on the eGo threads on the OUTSIDE of the connector

You will have to unscrew then sheared off shaft by wedging something inside it and gently turning counter clockwise unscrew the portion that is left stuck in there

You will want one that is smaller than 6.4 mm in diameter but bigger than 5 mm in diameter. So this is how it works you set the easy out on the bolt you want to remove and holding it as straight as you can then lightly tap the top of the tool with a hammer this will seat the tool into the top of the broken bolt then try to turn the tool with your fingers if that won't work try a tap handle or pliers. Some times on really hard metals that are used in cars you need to drill a shallow hole smaller than the easy out to get the tool to seat into the metal

Maybe try inserting the tip of a needle nose pliers and holding the handles apart while someone else turns the MVP?
