Hi! Yes, that would be a good pair. 60W is probably too much for the Subtank from what I've seen on this forum. Members seem to like the Subtank Mini at 25-30W. Remember though, you don't have to use all of the 60W. :)

However, the 0.5Ω coil has a 'recommended' wattage range of 15-50W from what I can see online. So you may be able to push it well past 30W.

Any 40 - 60 watt device would be great for the sub-tank mini. I have two Kboxes and two subtank minis. They are a bit old noe and Kanger has a new kit that is the new Kboc/subtank mini combo for around 60$. It now has an OLED screen which is nice. Go to You Tube and view PBusardo's review that was released a few weeks back. You will find it very informative.
