I see a lot of people like to have pt2 on their mvp and I stuck mine on there and as soon as I did it started flooding and gurgling so I took it off n put the iclear 16 back on n no problems. is is because of the air holes in the 510 on the pt2 that would b my guess. does anybody have this problem? and what is a good tank to put on the mvp 2.0
thanks:D

I just got mine today and have been using my ismoka bcc mega on it and it works very well. The only thing is it doesn't get a connection with the beauty ring that comes with the MVP so I had to use an ego threaded one I had. No big deal though.

I use a variety of tanks with the MVP 2. All of the pro tanks, evods, carto tanks and a G50. I don't care for the IClear line, I find they tend to gurgle and leak too much for me. To deal with the gap between beauty ring and the larger tanks I just screw the tank down till it fires then unscrew the beauty ring till the tank is stable. I did enlarge the holes is the beauty ring that came with the MVP.

I also enlarged the holes on the mvp2 beauty ring this did help with flooding on bcc like the protank simply because you don't have to suck on it as much to get vapour I found that sucking to hard made it flood straight away this could be your problem the air flow is much better now I also use drilled out evods on mine found that they flood on it un drilled

I think about this every time someone mentions that they pushed the pin down into the MVP. Screw the tank down until it hits, and then use the beauty ring like a jamb nut. I think this is fixed in the later models. I have had folks try all kinds if tanks on mine, and all of them fire just fine. My fire button is not hard to press, and the on/off switch on the bottom was flush upon arrival. Innokin appears to be paying attention to the reviews and forums.

Did you try clearing the tube in the tank by removing the tank, putting paper towel under the connector, and blowing through the drip tip? If not, clear it and get back to us. Check to make sure that your coils are tightly screwed into the base. If they are still getting too much fluid, take a tiny piece of cotton (and I mean tiny, as in rolled between your fingers it looks like string), and add it on top of the flavor wicks. The only way to get flooding is to have liquid get past the coil chamber, or dumped into the tube somehow.

Mine is the same way. The switch is flush and the button doesn't seem hard to push at all. Just got it today

ProTank 2 tips, and I do use the PT2 on my MVP.
1. Check all your silicone rings and make sure they are all there. They easily disappear when cleaning....kinda like the sock monster in the dryer.
2. Swap out the manufactured wicks for cotton. I use cotton used to do leg wraps on horses (sterile), boil it, dry, and pull into wicks.
3. Turn the "cup" on the stack above the head upside down.
4. Make sure your base, head, and tank are all SNUG. Check the stack to make sure it is set in snug on your head
5. The vacuum created in the tank will quit working well once the ejuice goes down to the level right above the wicks. Refill or clean at this point.
6. When you refill your tank, wipe the stack and base of any juice, blow your drip tip, and run a pipe cleaner or something similar down the draw tube inside the tank.
7. If using a new head, put a few drops of juice on your wicks to saturate, or pull some dry hits off re-assembled tank without any power to draw the juice into the wicks.
8. Use Kangertech heads.

Try that and see how it goes. Made a world of difference for me :)

thank you everybody for all of your help and input it is very appreciated. from what they say it is a 70/30 pg/vg. and I take one of the flavor wicks out every time I put in a new coil. thanks again everybody

One of the jobs (maybe the only job) of the flavor wicks is to control flooding by filling in the holes on the sides of the coils. Have you ever tried it with a new coil before removing the wicks?
