I had two imren 3200mah 18650 40 amp and all of a sudden they charger would say they are fully charged and when I put then in my mod "kbox 200" it will say only 3 to 4 bars out of 5 so I bought a new set of batteries thinkingit might fix the problem but they do it to, so yesterday I bought a new digi d4 charger thinking it had to be the charger that was messed up and it still won't fully charge the batteries? What should I do?

I bought the same kind as I had the imren and I used the other 4 batteries for a good 5 or 6 months with no problems it might be the kbox I will take the batteries up to a vape shop and see what they say on another mod but I have 2 brand new ones and a brand new charger so my thinking was unlessits the mod I got a bad batch oh new batteries and the old ones are bad too

Most likely the old set of batteries are damaged, the imren 3200mah 18650 is actually a 17aCDR cell, at best. --->Imren Green 40A 3200mAh 18650 Bench Test Results...just 17A, the purple Imren 3000mAh rewrapped!
If you've been using them at 50 or above watts per cell, they're damaged.

Could be the new batteries are insufficient to power the settings you're using.
What are the new batteries?
Name brand & markings on wrap.
Chance of the kbox going wacky too.
They are the 40 amp imren 3200 green wrapped and I have used them for a good 6 months before any issues and the new ones are the same exact ones

You didn't read the link, they are not 40a batteries.
They have been tested by an accurate & independent source, @Mooch.

Using 2 17a cdr cells (insufficient CDR batteries) in a 200w power device will at least shorten their life, most likely damage them internally & if pushed could become dangerous.

And I usually run the mod 50-120 watts should I consider going to a different brand of batteries
You can do a lot better with a different brand of batteries. Imren over-rates their battery specs just like Efest does. There are NO 18650 batteries with over 30 amps continuous on the market.

I suggest buying a 20A 3000mah battery from LG or Samsung. They don't over-rate their battery specs. The LG HG2 or Samsung 30Q are highly recommended.

It is extremely likely that the issue you are seeing are caused by unwittingly using poor quality batteries and stressing them way beyond their spec.
This is easily done as reliable fully tested data on vaping batteries is no where near as available as it should be. This is compounded by companies who put inflated specs on their rewrapped batteries which most people see no reason not to believe, despite being utterly untrue.

The problem with batteries is that there is no window on the side which you can peek through to see how happy the electrons are. Your first second and third line of defense is knowledge, to select an appropriate cell for your application, and how not to abuse them.

Recycle those cells and invest in some new ones as advised. Good batteries are cheap, pain hurts, medical bills are expensive.

I took my mod to a local shop and it turns out my mod was draining the batteries as soon as you plug them in for some reason but I bought a rx200s and it seems to have fixed my problem thanks for all y'all help guys!

Curious how they determined the mod was draining the batteries?
