My 1st E-cig help

Hi all

Got my 1st e-cig (RN4081) yesterday from a well known supplier on this site but I need some help!!! It taste's realy bad. My friend has same modle as me from same supplier & same cartridge but her's tastes fine. I've cleaned the atomizer & made sure the cartridge is moist but it still taste's horrible, I have contacted the seller but I have not yet heard anything back. Any help would be great as I love this little device and wanna keep using it. Also can anyone recomend some NICE TASTING liquid. I normaly smoke Mayfair menthol?

Hey Chase,

Once in a while, an atomizer starts its life just tasting bad from the get go. I call them "baddys" but, I do see them once in a while. They taste like plastic direct from the manufacturer, and nothing can help ease the taste.

If you have ruled out all 3 of these options, you probably need a new atomizer.
1. Cartridge Filling is moist, and you are not burning/smoldering any of the filling.
2. Grab a flashlight, and make sure no loose fibers found their way or got stock around or below the steel wool arch/wick.
3. It didn't do a self cleaning

If you have ruled those 3 out, contact your supplier, let them know you have none of the above symptoms, yet you still get a "nasty" taste, and they should take care of you!

Thanks for the reply as I have mentioned I emailed seller yesterday night but have still not had any reply?? I think its prob the atomizer as it really does taste vile sort of plastic/ metalic. Will try & email him again and see if I get a reply also his website has a phone number on it so will call him in the morning

Yeah, sounds like you got a baddy ... Plastic Metallic taste is the exact taste I have gotten when an atomizer is bad from the get go.

Good luck getting a hold of your supplier. If he is on these forums, you may try shooting him a PM on here as well.
