My 22g kanthal came in today, lol. Pics+video inside!

It's just comical...

wrapped a 8/9 micro of this insane 22g kanthal a-1 around a 4"ish loop of 2mm ekowool. The vamo said .4 ohms, my meter said .2, so it's somewhere right there!





edit - Look at how long that thing stays hot for! This 22g can HOLD some heat!! It stayed red for 3-5 seconds AFTER I let off the ignition, lol!

It burns through juice like no other coil I've made, so it may just be a once in a while build, but great day does it vape! It's hot, but not too hot, and it PUMPS out vapor. Still waiting on my other PD2900 to charge fully so I can really see how it pumps @ 4.1v, this here is running at 3.82v.

It's actually not too bad considering, but I have a plethora of charged orbtronics...battery life means nothing to me to be honest. I change and recharge when the vape seems to get weaker, which is normally 3.7-3.8 volts.

On the pics, graph #2 compares Orb.PD2900 to AW2000. If you vape SLR; pay special attention to the first section (~4.1-3.8 V). Now take that winning AW2000 here . . ..

Orbitronic PD2900 is a great battery for regulated vaping. For mech., there's better.
