I have a new eGo battery that I somehow bent, I have no idea how this happened as it's been on my desk all night. It was fine then i noticed when i put my cart on the atty it seemed to be shaped funny. I didn't know what was going on then I looked closer and could tell it's not straight anymore. It's making me nervous and i'm wondering if I should keep using it? here a pic
what should i do?

One possibility is the Cell has failed and has swollen and pushed out the switch assembly. I certainly wouldn't use it. And I would certainly put it outside or in a safe box until you can return it.

Looks like the adapter has shifted or is not seated all the way into the battery housing. The external housing is just a tube that contains the internal battery. The threaded end is pressed into the tube. There are wires and a little circuit board between the brass end and the internal battery on an Ego.

Call the vendor and ask for a replacement or attempt to press it back in without damaging the threads.
