Dont beat yourself up. It's a hard habit to kick. I know I've done it, I'm sure plenty of others have as well. Just keep quitting eventually you will be bragging about your quit date anniversary.
I don't mind so much when a new user drops in to ask if a connection is likely. Start something new, get a new symptom, easy enough to make a (frequently erroneous) connection. It only gets to me when they swear up and down that their sore right toe is due to dioxygens in their vape and couldn't possibly have anything to do with stubbing their toe on that rock yesterday. Or when they have a terrible pain in their chest and their fingertips are turning blue and do we think it would help if they switched to nic salts?
Final update for a while, all smoking bits/vaping as well packed away whilst I go and have throat surgery to remove 2 small growths - not cancerous just the docs would rather they were not there.
Catch up in about 10 days time - go into hospital monday morning
