I got it, can't tell the difference. I have a real bottle here, everyone I let smell it says they can't tell the difference. The flavor is dead on. It may not be exactly what he uses but I can't tell the diff.

I made a 5 mill bottle.

24mg nic
100 vg
6 drops of black and mild flavor
2 drops of cotton candy
2 drops of coconut

What brand flavoring?

The flavoring used are all non-PG, making the mixture "100%" VG.. ie NOT PG. (Assuming the nic is in VG)
A total of of 10 drops flavoring would, for the pipettes I use, be 25% flavoring.
The final mixture would be 75% VG/25% other fluids, which would make it a lot less viscous than Pure VG.
(Probably less viscous than 70VG/30PG, which is what I have observed)

Looks good so far! The big question is the taste. Go for it!!

Either you have some mighty large pipettes, or didn't see the OP mixed the 10 drops into 5 ml. :)
To my way of reckoning, I think the OP's recipe might be closer to 4-5% flavoring.

Ah, but using the ole 20 drops/ml "standard", 10 drops would be more like 10% in a 5ml bottle :)

And therein lies the rub!
After 3 years of vaping, I'm still trying to figure out where that "standard" came from. :D

lol

Yeah, this is why I am often hesitant on sharing my recipes because the way I mix a blend could vary from how someone else might with their own mixing supplies :D I don't use syringes for flavorings. They're hard to clean, and I have way too many flavors to account for. When I use drops in a recipe, I make sure to stay consistent for my personal purposes and recipes, thus my standard has been using a 1ml pipette, and an eye dropper for sweeteners.

I will, eventually, get down into more precise methods of mixing when I figure out what flavors I want to use in my main blends. :)

My pipettes have 40 drops per ml for thin alcohol or PG flavorings. Even so, I did make an error. I was using 10 drops per ml, not 10 drops for 5 ml. My Bad!
Levitas, you're definitely right about giving recipes in drops, which vary in size. A recipe given in percentages of finished volume are not dependent on the measuring devices used. BUT, in any case, it's a good place to start.

Not yet, but I will as soon as I get some Black & Mild

Yup, me too :D

My next order, unless something distracts me along the way, will be to Vaping Zone. Given Jimi's description of what he thought the Black n Mild tastes like, I figure I win either way, as I love anything chocolate :D

All I need is some Cotton Candy. I'm going to get some very soon and try this. I'll report back.

yea im grabbing some also... if its like chocolate milk.. it will be up for trade... i used to like black n mild

Dont worry, it's not like chocolate milk LOL. I make the VZ black & mild for several of my friends and it's their all-day vape. Yes you can taste some chocolate in it but it's not an overwhelming chocolate taste. One of my friends has me mix a little VZ Cream into her B&M, she says it then tastes like she is smoking an analog at the same time she is eating a Belgian chocolate :)

I wonder if all three of these are superconcentrates. Even though 10 drops for 5 ml would work out to be a very low percentage of flavoring it would equate to a 25 - 30% mix if you were using regular contrates (from a taste perspective). It's possible that these 3 flavors make up the mix or at least mimic the flavor profile, I have the flavors so i'm going to try it this evening. 6 drops of BnM for 5 ml is double what I would normally use. A few ECF memebers have always thought BnM was in the mix. I've mixed VZ BnM (3 drops/5 ml) with some TPA Bavarian cream and hazlenut before. It was nothing like Bobas but it was still pretty good. I've always thought that Ben used super concentrates but I was also thinking that a drop or two of either tobacco absolute or Tobacco extract would be in mix. It would help explain the slight differences in taste you get from time to time. Anyway, i'll give some feedback on this tomorrow.
