Seriously though; I made 2 new batches this weekend. One 100ml batch with the full recipe and one 100ml batch of the "3 ingredient recipe" (Banana Nut Bread, Graham Cracker, Cinnamon Danish) and I don't care if it's not Boba's; I really like it.

I'm going to take a small portion of the "3 ingredient mix" and go all the way but try "Marshmallow" instead of "Coconut" and "EM" instead of "Brown Sugar" and will report back.

I may even swing way out of control and try some "Vanilla Cupcake" or "Vanilla Swirl" instead of the "Marshmallow." HA!

Thanks again,

Norman

Nature's Flavors are also 100% VG.

I did purchase several bottles of Lorann's Naturals. While not PG, many of them have food coloring and such......not interesting in vaping dyes.

Thanks for the info. Most of the Lorann's Naturals indicate no coloring in the details. Maple is the only one listed with coloring. Which of them did you try that had coloring?

I thought Nature's Flavors were based in ethyl alcohol? Well, the extracts are anyways. I believe the concentrates are based in acacia gum (?) I don't know if that's a real word, or if I'm spelling it right.

I noticed the same thing, ethyl alcohols and gum arabic (acacia gum). Think if I do start DIY, I'm still going with the Lorann Natural. They match Dawn's list of 100% VG flavors exactly http://ecigsmokestore.com/flavors.html

If you look at the non-PG selection at alien Vision, it's the same story, Banana, Caramel, Strawberry, Blueberry, Maple, Toffee...

Anyone ever order directly from Natures Flavors? I'm still waiting on my Gingerbread and coconut from them. I ordered them over two weeks ago. I contacted customer service last week and was basically told to wait. I still think that bobas is a gingerbread and coconut mix with possible tobacco undertones.

i ran a CoOp on their flavors back before flavoring CoOps were outlawed. it took about 2 weeks to get a large order. i'm about to go filter my Camel snus Mellow NET, and put Simbo's theory to the test.

the concentrates are also based in alcohol, but contain acacia gum. The organic extracts are just alcohol, and the coffee/tea flavorings are alcohol/VG. Still curious, has anyone tried the Cola route? Could cola with tobacco or graham cracker be making the raisin flavor illusion?

I tried a mix of VZ black cigar with some TFA cola... Not even close for me.

I made a small batch of 3% black cigar and a separate batch of cola at something like 10% then mixed those together bumping up the black captain more and more. I never got it to a point where the cola wasn't overpowering.

I don't think there is any amount of cola that would taste right, but I haven't tried adding graham cracker or coconut or EM to it.

I should say, it's not a terrible vape, I just don't think cola is the secret. And I'm beginning to grow less fond of black cigar.

Tao, a couple days ago, i made a 30 ml batch 50/50 mix of bobas and camel snus (mellow), i tasted flavor loss and a much stronger presence of the snus. So then added 1 drop of lorann coconut , 3 drops of ethyl maltol and 3 drops of FA Honey and flavor seems returned to have normal. I am still trying to figure out what that mysterious flavor is that gives bobas that strong sharp smell when you hold the bottle up to your nose.

they renamed it to Cigar Super Concentrate; i think they were copyright infringing on BM trademark.

Don't waste your money; its not used in bobas; its got way too much hazelnut/chocolate flavor to be in bobas

i can't find Vaping Zone black & mild online for some reason... any help?

I've been following the thread and I haven't seen a recipe that is exact or closer. The OP's recipe and some variations have produced some good flavors for some DIYers that tried them. This does include ones with Black cigar. :2c:
